SubonicXP "Scizor huh? Now that's one I haven't seen in forever. And even then, it's one I'm not thrilled to see." Sub said, knowing good and well how strong Blizz's crimson bug truly was. "Nice little dance though, too bad it will cost it dearly. Pallas, dear? Use Punishment!" The Mandibuzz would let out a cry as a strange dark aura surrounded it. The bird would then dive bomb at the Scizor, attempting to tackle the bug. Should the bird connect with its body, or even the aura around it, the Scizor would feel less of a physical pain and more of a pain inside of it as if the power it gained from the Swords Dance was fighting against it.
Scizor takes the attack and winced quite a bit, staggering back from the attack. I was nearly kicking myself at this point; I literally walked into that one. Leave it to Dark types to play with someone like that. The Punishment wasn't going unanswered, however. "Scizor! Bullet Punch!"
The Scizor kicked off the ground and sped off towards the Mandibuzz, unleashing a hard flurry of punches toward the bird.

SubonicXP The bird would get pummeled harshly, the final punch sending it spiraling into the air. "Bone Rush!" Sub cried. Pallas would correct herself in midair, kicking off a nearby wall and flying at the Scizor with all its might. As it flew at Scizor it effortless hurled its bone into the air, the bone arching over in the air towards Scizor. Before the bone made contact Pallas would snatch it from the air and ram it into the bug. It would continue to throw the bone into the air, catch it, and ram into the bug from a different angle, a dazzle and pummel tactic.
My only reprieve right now is that Scizor's hard exterior can take a lot of punishment. However, this damage was going to add up if I didn't make Scizor act soon. "Scizor! X-Scissor!" I shouted.
After the last attack, Scizor makes the flight towards the Mandibuzz, going up above it, making its claws growing a feint green. "SCIZOR!!!" It shouted, coming down upon the bird with its brutal slash.

The X-Scissor would prove to be another devastating blow, sending the bird crashing into the ground hard, it laying there weakly as it struggled to get back to it feet. "It's not over until the Purugly sings! Brave Bird!" Pallas, now back on its feet, would glare up at Scizor, a white aura of energy appearing around it. With a screech the bird would flap its wings one hard time and kick off the ground, throwing its self up at the Scizor with all its might as its body exploded into flames from the incredible speed it picked up. The bird put all it had into this attack, all or nothing.

Jesus Christ, this bird would prove to be as tenacious as some of my own Pokemon. "Scizor! Incoming!" That would prove to be one of the drawbacks to Scizor's hard exterior. Unlike its prior evolution, while stronger and more defensive minded, it severely loses out on its speed on a normal basis. Sure, it can burst from place to place like with Bullet Punch, but don't count on that speed for evasion.
"ZOR!" As the Scizor braced for impact, the Brave bird connected. The impact would send Scizor down to the floor this time, hitting the ground with a great deal of force, landing right in his back. The bug would turn over and push himself up, breathing a bit heavily from the attack. Just about anything would finish Scizor off at this point.
"Blast it...this is bad..." I said. I'll be honest, I didn't expect this out of a Mandibuzz, and this is coming from someone who tries hard not to underestimate a thing.

SubonicXP Blizzard120 "Blast it...this is bad..." I said. I'll be honest, I didn't expect this out of a Mandibuzz, and this is coming from someone who tries hard not to underestimate a thing. Pallas would flutter back down to Sub's side after the attack, groaning in its exhausted state as it took everything it had to just stand up right. "I think that's it for these two, don't you think so, Blizz?" Sub said as he recalled his Pokemon. "However, the show must go on, yes?" He said with a smile as he released his third fighter onto the field, a Houndoom. "I'll make sure Edgar doesn't melt your pretty feathers." The man said with a taunt as the dog barked in agreement.
"Yea..." I said to Sub. "Scizor, call it a day, alright?" I then said, recalling the Pokemon back to its Pokeball. "Well good luck trying to get by this one just to even try making me break a sweat. Typhlosion! Go!" I shouted, tossing out the Pokeball.
The ball hit the ground and in a flash the large, fiery Pokemon came out, ready to battle. "TY-SIOON!!!" Typhlosion roared out.

The Houndoom would let out a howl before it seemed to 'belch' out a stream of thick pitch black gas which would quickly begin to surround it and flow outward around it and eventually it would threaten to swallow the enemy as well.
"Crap...Typhlosion! Strength!" I shouted. As the Smog started to blanket the battlefield, Typhlosion rushed in, going through the thick gas. There was really no way to avoid this so might as well take the Smog attack head-on. Typhlosion's eyes started to water as the fumes started to get the better of the fiery beast, but soon, Typhlosion would make it out the other side and attempt to show off a good bit of brute force on the hound.

SubonicXP Blizzard120 "SION!!!" The Typhlosion yelped out. More dark type trickery, more chaos. I would have expected no less. "Typhlsion! Smokescreen!" I shouted. The Typhlosion then exhaled his own smoke, blanketing the field in a dark smoke. Sub just laughed as the Smokescreen made visibility difficult, the channeler no longer able to see the Cold One in the darkness. "Really, Blizz? Did you forget who you are facing? The dark is where I feel most at home. I've trained my Pokemon in darkness. Now then, Edgar, Odor Sleuth." The Houndoom would point its nose into the air and began to sniff vigorously. Once it got a lock on Typhlosion it would charge head first into the darkness, straight for the Volcano Pokemon.
Playing defensively is starting to go out the window now. "Alright then, if you insist on the teasing to stop..." I said. "Typhlosion! Earthquake!"
Typhlosion would jump up then stomp down on the ground as hard as he could; the ground quaked furiously. If I couldn't hide, I might as well get Sub thinking twice in attacking another way.
