yea... my dad just found out he has diabetes... he's kinda struggling with the diet right now... seems he was doing pretty well, but lost to a bag of chocolate... >< poor guy ><

McDonalds tip #1:
for absolutely fresh fries, ask for them with no salt... they have to make a new batch because it can't have even touched the bin with the other fries... then just ask for salt packets at the window or put it on at home... or keep salt packets in your car?

I am currently on a carb choice diet. I have a huge book
that has different kinds of foods, each has a carb number. I can have 3-5 carb
choices for breakfest lunch and dinner. Then for snacks between 1-2.
Meats and cheeses I can have all I want, same with veggies and some fruits
(not all tho), Yeah it sucks having diabetes, its quite a change in your eating
habits and everyone is so demanding that you keep your blood sugar on a
certain level.

I'm getting used to it..

I'm on that exact diet, but only because of the low carbs. (weight loss) It must suck to Always have to be careful though.

Pain does not exist...

I can't stick to a diet... i have very low will power... i suppose that's why i sleep with too many men ><

I always make two meals at a time..that way I don't have the whole immediate hunger freak out.

McDonalds Tip #2:
Best Time of day for getting salads and parfaits
about 9 or 10 am for parfaits, salads as soon as lunch starts

also, if you look on the bottom of a salad or parfait, there should be a sticker with a time on it, if you got your salad or parfait before that time, it should still be good.

worst time to get them... about 5pm... that's usually about when they've DEFINITELY expired, unless someone has had to make more during the day (unlikely) and since it's a shift change time, no one will be making any for a bit...

He was the guy who did supersize me. in the special features on the dvd he puts different foods in sealed containers to see their lifespan...let's just say that the fries shall outlive us all

I bet they wouldn't taste any good though. They never taste good after the first day.

they looked the same after like, a month.
but I was wrong when I said they were sealed containers...they were just those clear glass ones with the tops on, not like vaccuum sealed or anything. He was trying to see how many preservatives they contain I guess..truly freaky compared to fresh fries from a nice restaurant.

i never really like McDonalds fries... Burger Kings are a little better

it's kinda sad... i could only eat McDonalds fries when they were either VERY fresh... limp... or very cold with some Honey Mustard

(mcdonalds honey mustard is to die for IMO)
