Sigh... I wish I had KOTOR, but alas, my new job only pays $50 american per week. That's about a dollar an hour. So my spending is mapped out for the whole summer. I can't buy KOTOR next week, because I'm scheduled to buy Indiana Jones movies then, and the week after that I need to buy Comic books. And so on.

elvisnake It's ok. I little pointy, and I'm not sure that Twi'lek come in purple, but I couldn't do it. there is well at least acording to galaxies since you can choose it as a skin colour

The KotOR stuff is easier, since the pics I use are already video gamed and therefore, in bitmaped color.
Usually I'm refrencing a drawing or a live person. I can't directly steal colors to provide my shading.

Photos of people always distort the color, since the lighting used can change the colors drastically. On a video game, lighting is kept fairly consistant, so the pictures of a character will primarily be already made, and more importantly, already adjusted for lighting.

Well, i guess fruits of my labor are paying off....  new lekku. Only one showing, but one's better than nothing... addendum: i've extended an offer to people in other store branches. I will reserve three slots for people wishing to turn their character into a twi'lek. For 100 gold, I will practice my technique. You guys in the guild send me a PM if you want to reserve a slot for yourself. Colors are available.

Well, Emsquad's stalling pretty much right now as well.
Oh, and on the facts about skin colors and twi'leks: they come in a multitude of colors. Only cyan and red are actually "rare".

You'll have to give it up by the end anyway.
Though you still have to explain where you are going to get at least 5k people to get the thing to run. as I said, that's bare minimum crew requirements. Not guns, shields, radar, coms, fighters, maitenence, engineers, etcetera.
