Sil saw the snakes, and opened one portal right in front of her, it looked as if the spells hit her, but in reality they had joined the many others in her infinite energy chamber. Her skin transformed to a layer of armour, consisting of dragon scales. her eyes glowed red. it was weird, she could still move as if the scales weren't there, but she was sure they were real, she had ripped one out the day before and given it to a specialist he wondered where the hell she had gotten a hold of such a perfect sample. "Any spell you can throw at me, I'll survive it." she said now covered in scales.

Jack gritted his teeth as he looked at the spell that was used. Now I understand where your strength comes from. He put his wand back in its holder than raised his hand, "I forfeit the match". Snape raised a flag then declared Sil the winner of the match. As Jack was walking away he said with spite in his voice. I don't know what you just did but that wasn't your magic you were using that I can be sure of. Your so pathetic relieing on such magic, I bet your magic has become weak from lack of use. He wispered lightly so only they could hear him. If you want to fight me one on one with no restrictions or tricks follow me to the Wamping Willow, I will await your challenge.

"I am sorry to say that I have to decline your offer, there is no place on this planet I could fight without limits. And, if you are unsure of whom this magic belongs to, you could ask moody, he would know for sure. I hope for your sake that you never get to see my full strength." Sil whispered back. she bowed for the crowd and went up to moody, "Nice fight wasn't it?" while her skin was returning to normal.

Moody leaned forward examining there face. He hadn't seen the entire match and wasn't sure at all what had happened most of the time. It seemed like dark magic to him, there was no other type that he knew of that could produce such a result. His moving eye was fixed on Jack which was so upset at the loss he was trembling with anger. I saw what you did there, that kind of magic isn't welcome in this castle. He grabbed ahold of there right wrist then began to walk, "you're coming with me".

Magonagal saw this and intervened by speaking up. They didn't know what had happened but seemed to have a firm mistrust of Mad Eye. In a rather stern tone of voice they began to scold him. MAd Eye Moody, what do you think you are doing!?

He let go of Sils wrist then stood up to Magonagal. He began to point to Sil as he said this with a tempered voice. This young lady was just caught red handed using dark magic in there last match with Jack. As you know this is a severe breach of the rule of Hogwarts.

Magonigal started speaking in a rather understanding tone. It seems I have no choice, twenty points will be deducted from your house. In addition you will receive detention, that is all. She turned her back as she finished speaking.

Mad Eye smiled at Sil after hearing this then started to speak once again. You will be serving detention with me, follow to the dungeon, he kept his eye fixed on them. His mind was also firmly made up, if she ran or fought in any way he would go before the board to have them expelled. But since it was there first offense. This seemed to be a just decision, as long as they went along with it.

Sil spoke up, "Excuse me professor, I would like to show you something" Sil said and brought up a document to moody, "Hi, this is board member Roue, I would like to give you my word that the individual with the name of Siluetta from my house, is completely unable to perform dark magic, even a limo-curse, she is unable to perform. If there is any problem regarding my dear friend, I will stand account for it. Signed Roue Neist"

"I hope this is enough for you, as i will not stand the injustice of being punished without reason" Sil said in a firm voice.

Mad Eye grabbed the letter then began reading it. His mouth curled into a smirk as he finished reading it. Now listen up young missy, I've been hunting Dark Wizards for longer than you have been born. I think I can spot a dark curse when I see one. What I couldn't see was whatever form you took in that battle. Also, this letter doesn't get you off the hook. I've never heard of this Roue Neist before so how do I know that you didn't just write this letter yourself. He sternly stared Sil down, it seemed he didn't believe them even after the note. He stopped to think tapping his chin for a second then came up with solution. I will have to meet with this person before I will be letting you off the hook. Either way we will be meeting in the dungeon so you best contact him and tell this Roue to meet with me in the dungeon. Don't expect to get off with no punishment if you are found guilty though.

Sil put her hand into her pocket and took up a cell phone, she dialed a number from memory, it was quite long, she put it to her ear, "Hi, it's me. Yes, you guessed it, or did you? He wants to meet you in the dungeon, yes, you hit the nail again, uncle you don't have to show off before you get to the dungeon, I'm only on the phone... I didn't catch the time he wanted to meet you though, I guess he would like to meet you immediately" Sil took a peak at the sky and then said "gi nu ra took li que" from the other end, she heard "I'll be there in a second." a couple of meters from Sil a group of spiders started gathering very old looking guy grew from the pond of spiders. "You wanted to see me distrusting, youngster" he said in a knowing tone. Sil felt as if this man knew everything, she always did around him.

Mad Eye flinched as he watched the spiders forming. An old memory of when he had to fight off a small army of spiders crossed his mind then left just as quickly. His mind seemed to be more at ease now that he had seen this person face to face and knew they were real. Uhmmm, "he cleared his throat before he began to speak". We can hold the meeting here I guess to save time, I do have other duties to attend to after all. The spells that Sil used resembled Dark Magic with shocking accuracy. Now I would like to know what type of magic was used so I can document it. The transformation and the portal spells that were used are the ones I am concerned about. As you are probably aware of Dark Magic is forbidden within these grounds unless used as an example in a lesson by a licensed instructor. And even then we have to get it oked with the headmaster before showing the spell to the students.

"The old man grinned, lets see, what did you transform to today, you were in a duel yes?" he looked at Sil, "Yes" she said, "Therefore I guess you used a part of the form you got in my brothers world right?" "Yes, the scales" "So, she transformed her skin to a fully fledged dragon suit, I guess that might look as if it was dark magic, our family have always had weird tastes when it comes to love, she is partially morphimagus, which explains the skin" and the portals you say, they are a bit of a mystery, but we haven't detected any dark magic, when she used it around the house, we even had someone from the ministry come over to investigate it. The other family members are able to transport themselves around without any visible aid, through portals, but it is only she whom have been able to transport other people and things through". Snape heard this and a light bulb lit up in his head, "It was YOU!" he thought to himself, Sil felt that Snapes eyes drilled through her body, he knew, he knew. the old man turned around and stared Snape directly in his eyes, as if he knew what snape thought he said "Do you have any proof that it wasn't peves? do you really think he'd tell you the truth if you asked?" Snape saw his defeat, he couldn't compete with this person. "Suit yourself, let's continue the fights" he said. He turned so that he faced moody again, "Sil didn't by any chance pulverize a rock in anger? That would fit her usual dueling pattern or maybe she did a summerassault, she is a proud martial artist you know" he returned moodys stare.

By this time Mad Eye was more than pleased with the information that had been given to him. He had half expected a parental guardian to lie to him in an attempt to get Sil off the hook. But he didn't detect any falsehood in what they said. Though the mention of another world slightly caught his interest but he didn't ask about it. Well, I'm content with the information I've been given. I will have to let Magonagal know that Sil is innocent....well mostly. He was slightly dreading speaking to Magonagal. She didn't seem to like Mad Eye for some reason that escaped him and this often made his job just a little bit harder than I had to be.

The winners of each match were posted on a leader board. There were currently only three other undefeated opponents in this class. James, a blind student that none seemed to recognize and Cedric Digary. On the leader board it read as following. Undefeated witches and wizards have the right to challenge any student they wish. A challenge may be declined but you must have at least one victory a week to remain undefeated.

The old man dissapeared again, it looked as if his body turned to spiders. "I wish he wasn't such a showoff" Sil said. "I'll be going back to school to get some sleep, Moody, you shouldn't think every interesting thing you cannot explain is dark magic" she said to moody, and left the black cloud for moody to look at. Sil was about to go to bed when she felt as if someone was watching her, as soon as she closed her eyes she saw her guide "nice fight, I would like it if you fought a little dirtier, that guy was a coward, and to think that you were weaker than him if he attacks again, you should use the shield, that'll wow him for sure, why don't you ask him for another fight?" after he had said that, he faded away, Sil's mental alarmclock went off saying it was time for some food.

There had been a rumor throughout the school that Jack had given up on the tournament after loosing his next four matches. It seemed that he had lost his confidence now that people didn't regard him as the tournament champ. Something about his loss to Sil had shaken his confidence in his abilities. It was currently early in the morning. The sun hadn't fully come up yet but the cafeteria was open to anyone that was hungry, self serve of coarse. Breakfast was already ready for anyone that wanted to get an early start. James was already sitting in one of the chairs in the cafeteria. He had a plate in front of him though he wasn't eating it. He would occasionally nod his head then take a few bites of his food. This one needed coffee or at very least more sleep, it seemed that there were some text books next to him on the table as well.

Sil noticed the pile of books, "Hey, jack, you up for a spar?" sil asked in a friendly way. at least she could be friendly towards him, he had learnt his lesson, she hoped. "Or would you rather it'd be official?" she asked still in the same friendly tone.

James looked up lazily at the comment, Sil must have thought he was that Jack character. From out of the wall a ghost like figure walked forward out of the stone wall. The chandeliers began swinging back and forth and there was a howling of wolves from outside. Jack had a fierce look in his eyes, sweat was pouring off of his forehead, but the look in his eyes was somewhat peaceful. He seemed to be happy that Sil was giving him another chance to battle them. This didn't mean that he was ready to show any quarter to them though. Taking a few steps forward he drew his right arm from under his cloak pulling a book out. He moved his left hand over the top of the book as though he was channeling its energies. The artifact itself seemed to be dangerous, his magic wasn't strong enough to control such an artifact.

James looked up at Sil, "Sorry about that, Thought you were someone else" Sil said noticing jack, "You should be careful with an artifact like that, I might have to devour it" Sil said in a matter-of factly way. "So, Anyhow, where do you want to do the duel, Jack? I would like to keep it in a place where injuries one fellow students are minimized" Sil said in a calm tone.
