In the 1st episode of Star Trek, Picard shows his true colors as a Frenchie.
Picard: Send a message in all languages on all frequencies... We surrender.
Vader, however, would never do that. He'd be in his X1 and the Executor go boom, and he'd still kick your a**.

Thats like pitting Kirk against Captain Antillies.

I just did that to show depsite the tech advantage of Trek, Wars has the better attitude.
Picard's all about obeying the Prime Directive and being civil.
Vader couldn't care less.

Keep in mind also, that Picard is the good guy in Trek and Vader is the bad guy in Wars. Good guy, and Bad guy. you can't really compare them because they're not so much in the same category...
