Solemn Protector Af Mas Solemn Protector Af Mas Solemn Protector Af Mas *murrs* It's frustrating because I thought I was doing it right, but it turns out I wasn't *scratches more* Well I'm sure you will figure it out. I hope so. I wanna do this myself with as little help as possible Yeah I know that feeling but I'm going to need to give in as far as working out since Solemn wants a 6 pack. Good luck with that. It's not easy, I'm sure Yeah, most people just focus on the 6 pack but I know it will take time and I'll need to work out my whole body along with mostly aiming for nice abs. Right, you can't focus on one area because it will weaken others

Solemn Protector Well what do you suggest for anyone aiming for the nice build Weight training is good. You can strengthen your muscles and all that stuff, which can help get you a 6-pack. Aerobic exercise will help you lost weight and fat and all that, and dieting while doing that will make things go faster.

They are building a gym about 1/2 a mile from my house and once they open it I plan to be there everyday for at least 2 hours. I know that if I make myself go that I'll get things done and I really want to get started. Well off to work for me

You'll risk overworking yourself and hurting your muscles. 20-30 mintues a day is the ideal amount of time you wanna get in shape. That's what trainers will advise and you'll see results

im proly gana try geting wheighted bands like wrist band things i have a pair but there only 2 pounds im trying to get like ten or 20 pounds or if i could find it which i probly wont whieted cloths
