Wow..I thought the aquaium was going to be fun to put together, but everything in the shop for it is all for gaia cash..I don't have the money to buy cash..So I have to get everything I want from the market with their inflated prices or hope to get stuff from the daily chance..
I feel disappointed. :/

Aquarium = filler to distract people from the fact that the MMORPG isn't done yet.
I refuse to pay for filler.

Well last night-morning sucked for me today. I was going to go in to get a routine blood test so I had to fast. No big deal, only I woke up with a terrible headache. I think I must have slept funny because my ear and neck were also throbbing.
My dad called up for me and found out you can take medicine before the blood test as long as you don't eat. Only problem was I was completely nauseous largely in part because of how extreme the headache was. Having no food in my stomach didn't help and apparently taking the pill was too much for me. Five minutes later I was vomiting up water/bile and the nastiest pill taste in the world. Since my stomach was empty it was especially painful.
Needless to say I didn't get into have my blood drawn. Instead I spent from 8am- 2pm trying to rest, let my belly settle, and eating light crackers so I could take another pill and do something about the agonizing throbbing in my head.
Fun it was not. Especially since I'm going to have to do the whole fasting bit over in a couple of days when I make another attempt at getting my blood drawn. =(

I had a shitty day so far; research paper stuff, no EI Report, no update on commissioned artwork, no float building stuff.
BUT something nice did happen to me. Well, sorta. I was walking up the stairs to my suite and I glanced up and what do I see?
A mantis!
Of course, I go insane with excitement because they're so exotic in comparison to all the cockroaches and beetles and moths that you typically find around here. I go in, grab my camera, and start taking pictures. It's only after I finish do I realize that I left my keys inside the now locked suite.
Luckily, I managed to find my RA and they unlocked it for me. So no harm done.
I'll be posting the pictures I took later on. They're kinda blurry, because the mantis just didn't want to stay still.

Well, I am at the airport right now, making use of their wifi. Is a good while before my flight still so I thought I would take a peek and check my messages.
Guess what I discovered when I took out my laptop and was going to plug it in?
Out of all the things to forget, I forgot to grab my power cord. whee So, yeah, not going to be able to use my laptop as much as I had hoped.

My mate and I are moving out of his parent's house... FINALLY!!!! I'm so happy. We got a cute little place in Connecticut and we're going there tomorrow to sign the lease and begin moving in. My mom and her boyfriend are coming down with furniture and kitchen stuff and his parents are helping us bring the belongings up there, so it'll be a party. I love the place, two bedrooms, large living room and kitchen and lots of windows for my "rain forest." Just need to acquire a mattress, a couch and some small general household items like glasses and cleansers. I'm glad I finally get to decorate my own place the way I want. All the other apartments we've had were furnished and already decorated; this is a clean slate!

My sister just bought herself a Condo and it has shag carpet and everything. >.< It's horrible, but right now, she's going to redo the bathroom because that's the worst and then focus on the flooring later.

Ah, life, how routinely dull you have become. But that's good. I'm liking dull so far. Dull doesn't make me move 3 times a year and spend sdfgslgdfsldf amounts of cash on getting stuff back and/or fixed. ^^
Nearing the end of my first month at professional school and I do say, I absolutely love the way the course is. Every class there's something to do as the teachers believe we learn better by doing exercises than listening to them rant on, which I totally approve of, and given the way they plan their stuff? If we can work hard and fast enough to finish our work ahead of schedule, we can actually relax and enjoy that time. Such as me being awake right now, because my teacher told me last week I could get to class late if I wanted since I already did all the work that we would do this morning. Had a few days were I was simply exempted for class for the same reason, which is great.
There's definitely a great feeling to getting home early and just relaxing. ^~^
Stocked up on food, which should last me 2~4 weeks, barring the quickly expiring stuff like milk and meat and I'm starting to get the hang of keeping a budget. Got a new roomie as well, one of the others moved out and a divorced father and his son took the room. Nice folks, kid's cute. They're both a bit of gamers too, so we're likely gonna get along just fiiine. 8D
Otherwise I think the only thing left bothering me is this gorramn chair. Y'know those black plastic folding chairs? Dear god this thing's uncomfortable. I've been getting back and neck pains for a while, so when I get the chance next week, I'm gonna look into buying a new compchair. One with sides I can rest my arms on and a proper cushioned back. Figured I may as well put down a reasonable sum on it and get a good chair rather than a cheap one considering all the time I spend on the computer. ^^;
Artwise, still not much going on. Uploaded a few new pics to FA recently but I'm not all that happy with'em. Need to work on being more active anyways.
Not much else going on lately. Aside from school, playin' some DnD with my local friends here and there, and slowly working through finishing my entire collection of games. Finished Indigo Prophecy, Beyond Good & Evil and Alpha Prime, next up is the Ratchet & Clank series. (I've got R&C, Going Commando, Deadlocked and Up Your Arsenal) Well, that and continuing my neverending quest for gear on World of Warcraft. Guild's started doing some preliminary Zul'Aman runs, and I'm barely equipped for Heroics, even less Kara. Granted I'm really close to one of the main tanks, so I tend to have an assured spot, even as Catform DPS. XD
Hurp. I should probably get some sleep. Not that I expect to do much since I'm ahead, but 3 hours of sleep before class wouldn't hurt. xD
Edit: Sleep? Did I say sleep? I meant stick around browsing the internet, listening to music and being the usual caffeine addict I am. 8D
Sleep... haha, sometimes I crack myself up. Heee...

WOW, a whole thread dedicated to venting some steam? I'm totally there!
Usually I'd actually have quite a list of things to b***h about but I'm drinking right now so I can't remember!
Condolences to everyone who's having a bad week! Keep up the optimism!
