Just head on over to the battle forum; not the Bulleten for calling. I forgot but it should be tittled with something; i'm sure you know where it is since you want to fight. There, on the upper left corner of the screen should be a button to create a new forum, post, ect. If you're stumpped, then take a little momment to read the intructions there.
