Trigramatic Tails shuddered. He didn't even want to consider the possibility of anyone dying. Shaking his head, he set it out of his mind as quickly as Blizz had mentioned it. "It...was probably a good thing me and Tristen were away then..." "Yea, probably was." I said. "At any rate, you three just relax for the moment while I go get some towels and Tristen a suit of clothes for whenever he gets out. Then when I get back, we'll start cleaning out your fur coats, alright?" I said getting up.

"Who says he'll want to get out?" Tails said and his Castform wisely bubbled from the tub as Tails pounced at Tristen. He made to gnaw at Tristen's ear -- something that was too hard to accomplish at the bog.

Trigramatic "Who says he'll want to get out?" Tails said and his Castform wisely bubbled from the tub as Tails pounced at Tristen. He made to gnaw at Tristen's ear -- something that was too hard to accomplish at the bog. "What is that supposed to-AAAA!" With very little room in the tub as is with three already in there supposedly soaking, there was no way Tristen to avoid it. Pinned down along the side of the tub, his ear started to get gnawed on. "Tails! Ow!" He wasn't sure what was less comfortable, the gnawing of the ear or being pinned against the tub like he was. Telia giggled a bit as she watched the two boys have at it. Natu tilted, staring in confusion and the Castform was laughing along with Telia. The Castform knew it was going to have fun here.

Tails laughed and, mercifully, rolled off Tristen. He nudged him toward Telia. "I think she's feeling better now. Why don't you sit with her now? I used as much heat as I can. What I have now is from the water. And dormant."

Trigramatic Tails laughed and, mercifully, rolled off Tristen. He nudged him toward Telia. "I think she's feeling better now. Why don't you sit with her now? I used as much heat as I can. What I have now is from the water. And dormant." "Um. Ok." Tristen scooted through the tub, and Natu followed along the rim of the tub and sat down next to Telia. "Gardevoir." She then said, putting her arm around Tristen. Tristen was cute after all. The Natu fluttered up and sat down upon Tristen's head. "Natu natu." "Alright guys, I'm back." I said, coming back with a few towels and a suit of clothes for Tristen. I also had a suit for Tails if he wanted that option. Doubted it though, but I've been wrong before. I then went over and started over towards the shampoos and soaps and pulled out one of the shampoo bottles. "Alright Tails and Tristen. I do assume you know the drill..." I said, pouring some on Tails's head. "Excuse me, Natu...you know, here." I then stepped back some, going to the sink, putting down the plug and letting the sink fill to make a makeshift bird bath. "Have at it, Natu." The bird fluttered off from Tristen's head and off to the sink. Bliss to be had. "Alright then." I then poured Shampoo on Tristen's head then on Telia. "Start scrubbing."

Tails was, of course, used to this by now. This didn't mean he didn't miss when he and Mikey would wash each others' hair back then...he tried not to think about it. Once he started missing him, it was hard to stop. After all, he had Tristen, now. And eventually, he'd get to be alone with him in a bath.
"Hmm..."
He needed to distract himself.

Odd sat beside Lykas in the medlab. The blue-haired teen still hadn't woken up from last night. He had passed out shortly after arriving, according to Mykel. The Ralts sat beside his trainer's head, reading his thoughts from time to time to make sure he wasn't suffering too much.
"See if you can find some Pecha Berries anywhere." he suggested. "If you can get him to eat a few of them, they'll help detoxify his body." He explained when Odd game him a strange look.
"Berries really are useful things aren't they?" Odd asked as he stood up. "What do they look like?" Mykel flashed an image through Odd's mind of a Pecha tree with the berries on it. He'd seen one somewhere in Johto but he couldn't remember where it had been to tell Odd. After a moment to cement the image in his memory, Odd nodded and turned to leave. "Got it."

Tristen started to scrub about, trying to get his fur clean as clean can get. "More please?" He asked. I then filled his hands with the shampoo and then he started to scrub everywhere else. The thought of having dirt in the more awkward of places didn't end up all that kosher with him, so he wanted to make sure. While Teila didn't wallow in the mud like the boys did, it didn't hurt to take the extra effort. As soon as she as well as the boys were done I would help them rinse off the soap.

When Blizz got back to him, Tails sat slouched, hands planted firmly before him. "Hey Blizz," he finally said. He had a distraction. "If we were to find a tar pit somewhere, would you rather we stay away?"
It was only tangentially related to Mikey, at least.

"But I say this, mind, because I worry about you, like I do my Pokemon, and Freth, and Tristen now for that matter. You all are family to me. If something serious happened while I wasn't there, well..." I stopped myself. It probably should go without saying. Tristen was quick to pick up on what was being got at.

Tails sighed. This was good. Perhaps Telia wouldn't be sick too long after all. "I'm done, too. I can't really dry myself off this time..." Though he even enjoyed when Blizz cleaned him, he appreciated at least having the option of independence.
