Slave Market

She walk out of her cage. After he cut the chains off of her hands she rubbed them when the marks were. She then began to follow him.

Sydelle walks through the market, noting with interest how empty it is. And it was so full when I was first here. She thought. Hope they all went to masters at least half as decent as Rini. Even though she isn't a slave anymore, it's strange to walk through the market without chains or guards. She shakes off the feeling and looks for someone that would make a good addition to their family. If there's anyone left. She thinks doubtfully.

Ralik walks into the market and gets on the computer then changes his slave status to unclaimed then heads for the door

Notices sydelle "oh hi what are you doing here?"  

[Scholar King Nathan]

".....sydelle are you conscious?"  

[Call Me Nefret]

Sydelle shakes her head. "Just reminiscing." She replies. "I'm looking around for...another member of the family, I guess."  

[Scholar King Nathan]

"hehe well good luck. I had to left my mistress because there was no place for me there, and I also now have more time for the forest" ralik replied heading back for the door  

[Call Me Nefret]

"Wait!" Sydelle calls out. "You left your mistress? Just like that?" She asks.  

[Scholar King Nathan]

"I personally gave her a note" he replies  

[Call Me Nefret]

"And she let you go?" It doesn't make any sense, but suddenly she starts to wonder what it would be like to leave. Not that Rini isn't amazing, but... "Was it really just lack of space that made you leave?"  

[Scholar King Nathan]

"She didn't really care." he thinks for a moment "Not the lack of space." he says thinking some more "I just felt....out of place"  

[Call Me Nefret]

"Where are you going to go?" The wheels in her head are turning. She feels suddenly trapped again, like the adoption papers meant nothing. Like she was still a slave, with a different name. Rini would be hurt, but she'd understand, right? Or would she track me down? She thinks suddenly. A mother has as much right to track down her daughter as a master does to track down a slave.  

[Scholar King Nathan]

"Where I was originally from...the forest" he says while looking out the glass doors  

[Call Me Nefret]

"What's it like out there?" She asks. "I've never seen anything outside of a slave market or a manor house." Rini will have to understand. The temptation to run is growing by the minute.  

[Scholar King Nathan]

"well...it's like sleeping in a tent outside eating squirrel for breakfast with the only water source being a water hole with a waterfall." Ralik answers knowing what she's thinking of
