Personality:
Lucia was formally the second to the dominant female of a good sized pack. Her pack was unfortunate enough to have their territory crossed by a game trail for pale-skinned humans who came to the 'exotic dark continent' in search of rare trophies for their collection. Much of the pack was killed, Lucia was wounded but escaped with her life.
The experience left her hardened and slightly paranoid. Being a former betta, she has a very strong personality and doesn't handle challenges well. She's known for having a short temper and an overly-protective nature.
However, Lucia is as loyal as any could ask for. When she escaped the man's guns, she found herself taking shelter in a cave that turned out to be an extension of a lion's territory- the anansi. In exchange for their trust, Lucia took on the task of serving as a nanny to the blind queen's 'cub', Taban. To this day, she remains with the former prince as a bodyguard.
