Has Greek or Norse mythology been done yet?
I can't recall having seen many if any soq based on the Greek or Norse gods. Even beyond the well known gods there are many demi-gods or important figures in mythology that can be represented. Like Pandora and Icarus for the Greeks.

I am not sure if this has been brought up before in the past, but having Friday the Thirteenth in a few days got me to thinking, what about a Friday the Thirteenth event? Like have soquili’s raffled off that represented bad luck: walking under a ladder, broken glass, black cats (even though they are most loving cat you can possibly have), cracks in the ground (step on a crack you'll break your mother's back), and so on.

Maybe next year. (I'd love to have had an event, guys...cause it's my birthday, and i wanted to do something for you guys...but it's just too short a notice.)

A yellow submarine (the beatles movie) theamed flaffle! Forget the Yellow Submarine idea. It's been suggested, and didn't seem to appeal to me (a huge Beatle fan) Birthstones have been done. Western Zodiac have been partially done.

But the cosplay is not of Johnny Deep, it's of Jack Sparrow, a fictional character. If at some point The Beatles dipped their toes into acting and started masquerading as fictional characters, you could quest for those fictional characters. But not The Beatles themselves.

I think there should be a "styles of dance" mini-event. You know, salsa , tango, ballet, etcetc. <3 Same goes for genre's of music and such. :3 i think it'd be interesting to see the artistic interpretation of a lot of the genre's and styles. <3

You know...I look at this more for flaffle themes than events.
Does that help a little?
Cause I like to have a theme for the flaffles, makes it fun.
We do have up to October planed for themes....but I'd love to hear ideas for November and on.

The song inspired Soq got me to thinking about other things that could be used for inspiration. I don't know if they been suggested or done before, but maybe have a theme of some well-known paintings or just an image that the colorist took a liking to.
Another might be to base them off of the cultures in different parts of the world possibly.
