Alektorphobia Mis Rin I'm a Winged Okami Wolf<3 What's an Okami wolf exactly? I wasn't aware it was a species now. If you're gonna use a copyright character for your fursona, might as well just say so "Okami" just means "wolf." Interestingly, "o-kami" could be read as something like "honorable god."
There were two species of wolf living in Japan, but they are both now extinct.
One of them was a type of wolf the size of a fox.
Biologists say "island dwarfism."
I say, "economy model."

Then wouldn't saying "okami wolf" be redundant?
Alot of people really do make characters based around Okami, so it's really hard to say unless we saw an image of said person's fursona.

It's like saying "animated anime." ...wasn't trying to imply any sort of originality, there...just waxing pedantic. sweatdrop *hands a cookie* It's aright. 3nodding

Thorn apple Thanks kindly. I guess I'd best post my "fursona" whilst I'm here. That would be my "cabbolf," a cat/rabbit/wolf with a canine-like muzzle, rabbit ears (the right of which is floppy from tendon damage), and a bushy, dog-like tail. It is grey in colour and has very long, tangled black hair. Dresses in used clothes...thrift store or army-surplus goods. Digitigrade. Outward gender not identifiable (and prone to change), hence "it."
*blushes* I would say, "he" :3
