I feel terrible.

The kittens keep climbing in the plant that we still have from my dad's funeral, snapping off leaves and tearing them.

After dragging them out around 6 times, I got fed up and yelled at them, crying.

They haven't been back in the plant, but I still feel terrible for yelling at them.

If the cats are getting into something they really shouldn't,
then you should yell at them.

Yelling won't hurt the kittens, it'll just teach them not to do that.

Teach them while they're kittens so they won't get into stuff when they're older.

Also, depending on what kind of plant it is,
it could be bad for the kittens to chew on it.
