Daemon was practically panting with excitement. "Tamara?" He asked his best friend, "Will you come with me?"

Hikari sighed, at least Daemon was not going to try this alone. Tamara should be able to stop him from doing something really stupid. Hikari stood back waiting for the chance to talk to Lucy alone.

In truth, Tamara had gone quiet because she was trying hard as she could to control the voices spiraling in her head. She was resisting the urge to flee from the area to collect herself, and snapped out of it when Daemon called her. "What? Oh, go to the Library? Yeah, I suppose. Lucy, although noticing Hikari's sudden murderous glance, felt bad for perceiving a tone, small pinch of hope in Daemon's monotonous voice. When she wandered in the Library, she found the mention of it in a book about the distinguished Harry Potter. She wondered whether she could, somehow, find it and use it, but then peeked in The Tales of Beedle the Bard to find out that one of the brother had gone so mad that ended up ending his own life. She sighed and scratched the back of her neck.
"Daemon...", she mumbled, her voice sounding soft yet slightly filled with sorrow, "I don't want to sound croaky, but... You shouldn't..." she muttered, knowing that he was planning on doing something ridiculous that might risk his life.

Hikari still glaring at Lucy walked over to the first year. It seemed like there was fire coming out her nostrils as she walked. First this stupid first had given Daemon the bad idea and now she wanted to take it all back. Oh, no. Hikari had words for this girl, and she was going to let them be heard. Finally managing to adjust her books so that she held them all in one arm Hikari placed her free had firmly on Lucy's shoulder. "You caused enough damage, I think it is time for those two to discuss whatever plan they may have."

Lucy raised an eyebrow as Hikari placed a free hand on her shoulder. Her gaze softening and face turning serious, she nodded, even though she wanted to protest. It happens to anyone to let something slip out by accident.
