Personality: Cecilia is as motherly as can be to her brother Damien, but she and Puck are estranged. Cecilia is opinionated and strong willed and usually speaks her mind. She's not stupid, but is often ignorant of thing she should otherwise know. Has a weird opinion of relationships, having been raised in a broken family.

Personality: Manipulative, sly, cunning, seductive. Pandora always gets what she wants, and isn't about to stop with that now. She enjoys mind-games, and psychological torture as opposed to the physical kind, though she's happy to occasionally indulge in that too. All in all, not a very nice girl.
Possible In Character/Plot preferences?: Either someone weak who she could manipulate, but who was still powerful and just didn't know it. Or someone to play her at her own game, manipulate her.
