I'm honestly not sure: I'm actually trying to get a hold of someone more senior then me atm to find out about it. This hasn't come up before and I'm trying to figure out what is allowed before I can honestly say anything for or against it.
Edit: which is the reason, actually, I didn't say anything but get confirmation about it not being a typo. @o@ Nothing like this has come up before that I know of, since I even started hanging out at Soquili, so I'm not sure if its allowed or not allowed. I know one can give up the rights to the basket they own, but not if they can give up the rights for it to not count against their monthly breeding. So I'm trying to get a hold of someone who might actually know the official standing on this.

I'm sorry, but I have a question about this too. Slightly erm...different. Chesh and I have our agreement with Arden written up that I can claim a basket whenever I choose from ONE of his breedings. But I've only ever planned on receiving a basket if there are three or if Chesh just goes, this breeding is yours.
But if they win and there are only two, and I don't claim a basket then am I still a breeding newbie?
Or if I put that I have no rights (though I'm suppose to receive one if there are three and it's acceptable to the breeding partner) then I can't be gifted the third because I'm in fact a co-owner (though I'm only going to take a basket if there are three since I'm not going to take Chesh's first basket away from her.)?
As far as I know, we had this written up before they instated the rule about giving a basket to someone with no right's to that breeding.

They've been entered in raffles before (like, last year- I've been MIA from Soq for quite a while), it was definitely before any of the "new" staff started so I can see why it would be confusing.
Just let me know? If it ends up being a problem then I can switch them out. But like I said, it was a year ago meeki got dropped her rights, not just suddenly/for this raffle. :3

I don't think anyone is suggesting that Meeki didn't give up her rights - but in that case, at least as I understood it, that breeding couples would have to count as one of Fatal's entries.
That's what I'm hoping to get clarification on, because if both Meeki and Fatal can give rights to the OTHER Soquili's owner, then I'd love to be able to do that for my friend who has been waiting on me for a little while. Thats all <3

The question isnt about dropping rights, or when. I think the question here is, someone needs to be penalized for the mares breeding, so who would it be. Who's breeding would it fall under since everyone can only have two breedings a month. It cant just go to no one, and both owners get two other breedings. Someone is responsible, just who is it.
I assume thats what this falls under...

If it has to count as one of mine I can drop a pair, but the basket will end up gifted to a newbie as all parties in this breeding has agreed to long before this raffle. I don't see what the big deal is if both Meeki and I have declared that neither will be claiming a basket from this breeding. It's no different than if Sylent entered two soqs that she solely owned. Again, if it has to count against one of us, I'll drop Calixte and Celegras

I understand that, Meeki, but we've never seen any co-owned soquili's owners BOTH give up their rights to a basket for a breeding so no one has the rights to it. I'm talking with Samus right now trying to figure out what it does.
We think the rules have it so, since Fatal has the rights for this breeding since Meeki gave them up over a year ago, it would count for Fatal and NOT Meeki even if she ends up giving the basket after wards.
It'd still count against Fatal's breedings for November.
Sorry for the trouble! We'll try to get this clarified in the rules for future situations so this doesn't happen again and confuse everyone, including us.
Edit: Also (for when she gets back/on) sorry for this happening in your breeding Raffle Bee. @_@

I think we were all just confused with the rules, but we all understand now and will adjust accordingly in the future. Sorry for the trouble!

No one implied or blamed anyone for trying to cheat anything. It was just a simple question of the mare needing to fall under someone's breedings for the month, so who was it going to be.
x: Sorry too, Bee.

*nod* No implications, just me going "OK, so that's IS whats going on 8'D .... I have no idea if thats allowed hocrap I'm stupid I NEED ADULT SUPERVISION: Does this count for Fatal or not?"
So really just more a case of me being an idiot and having to try and get ahold of someone fast so it'd be settled by the time Bee got back.
