Azar was pretty irritated to begin with however once she heard the voices of the lions and what they were saying she got even more irritated. She really didn't like when everyone was acting out of control. She especially hated it because of the words they were saying and of course also because of how irritated her parents were getting. She watched as the crowd got a little more out of hand. she quickly stood up and then watched the crowd watching as her parents moved so they could speak to the masses she was wondering what to do. maybe this wasn't the best place for her at the moment but she wasn't going to sit in her den and be helpless and not doing anything. She would much rather be here right now.
She stretched her legs and followed by her father's growl she approached behind him and also let out her own growl. She looked between her parents. She didn't know what to do with herself really at the second but she was hoping that if needed she could help diffuse a situation. She was on her toes but she was willing to helpout with whatever she could.

As always, you are free to keep posting to wrap up your RP after this message!
So we are entering a new plot phase! For the next month or two, many plots will involve incidents outside of the Motoujamii. Including other prides! That's right, its crossover time!
There will essentially be "two" stages to this roaming event. During an ORP game, the firekin will be in a contested territory with another group. When an ORP is not going on, firekin are free to scout terrain and interact with whomever they'd like in roguelands.
This event will not last permanently. So expect an update in the future for when travel restrictions change.
Some OOC Notes!:
- For these outside events, any TWO of your firekin will be granted a 'free' sentinel pass.
That means that you may select two of your firekin to RP outside of the lands for these events. Your firekin will be temporary sentinels, and not lose their current jobs.
- If you wish, you may remain on as sentinels.
You will not need to complete the required tasks for sentinel, but you must have at least one plot ORP. [This is open to ALL adult SOA on the firekin cert, regardless of how long they've been in the pride. But only for this event.]
- From now on, firekin are given more freedom to travel and RP in roguelands.
However ICly, no firekin should leave home without returning with word for more than a month at a time. And again, you may only have up to two members outside of the pride at any given time.
- If you choose to be one of these roaming firekin, you are welcome to run your own plots if you wish. But if there is anything you feel may cause trouble for the Motoujamii, please run it by us first.
- Firekin are open to acting as mercenary type figures when they are not currently claiming war assets.
- ALL FIREKIN OUTSIDE THE PRIDE ICLY REPORT TO MOTO'SEIDE. It should be assumed that any firekin who choose to be roaming during this event should at least assume they check in frequently for updates.
Note for other pride owners:
Additionally, if you are a pride owner and are interested in having a 'firekin' style ORP event in your lands- PM the mule! We can donate firekin prizes if we want to do a joint group raffle, or just do a standard RP!
We may not be able to do one for everyone, but we'd be happy to do as many as we can fit in the time period that the plot allows.
If you are interested in being involved, contact the mule or Mimsey/Kimaria.
FAQ:
1. Why only two firekin?!
a. Not all of the pride is leaving, and this just allows everyone who wants to play outside the lands the ability to do so, without also looking like the pride is going unprotected. For people with only a few firekin, this isn't an issue. For people with lots, you'll need to select the two you want to RP the most.
2. Can we rogue breed while traveling?
a. No, you may not.
3. Can non-firekin SOA join in on these events?
a. It will depend on the event, but there will be some that allow rogues of any kind to join!
4. I WANT TO KILL PEOPLE!
a. Lets hold off on that just yet! While you're free to involve your firekin in outside plots, we do ask that you do not directly harass other prides without OOC approval from us and that pride's owners. [or else risk getting in trouble back home!]

When No announced that one of the Hongshan was to be on the council, he frowned darkly, before looking over his shoulder to where a few of the Hongshan had gathered. He was completely against them being here, as all it meant was that there was yet more mouthes to feed and more throats to water. To him, if they were too weak to look after themselves in the first place, they were not Firekin.
"You better start proving yourselves useful." He growled, before turning back to the Regents. They had fell silent, so it seemed that the meeting was over. Teketeza hoped that he would've been given some special role to play like last times, but since he hadn't been, he had to decide what he would do himself. With all this in mind, he strode off.
Hratchouhi shook her head and let out a soft sigh. She hated being angry, as although that was trait that most Firekin shared, it just didn't feel right to her. What could be solved with anger that couldn't be better solved with calmness?
When No went on to reveal that one of the Hongshan was to join the council, she allowed herself a small smile. She was so glad that the Hongshan had been allowed to stay, as after what they had been through, it would've been beyond cruel to throw them out. She was sure that they would make a good addition to the Pride. As everyone started to disperse, she did the same. At least she had the choice to not be one of the ones invading the territory of others.
When the black Regentess announced that Nawvlee was to be on the council, Ukuba didn't really know how to feel at first. At their last meeting, or rather, their 'interview' in regards to the Nergui, the dark red and black male had had serious doubts as to whether or not Nawvlee and Roho even considered themselves to be Hongshan anymore. Maybe that thought had been a little bit harsh, but he could only go off the way in which they were being questioned, and Ukuba hadn't appreciated it one bit.
For him, he would always be Hongshan first, Firekin second. If others decided to have it the other way around, that was up to them. He still planned on asking Nawvlee where his heart truely lay, but for now, he had to put all this negativity out of his mind and look to the future. Having Nawvlee represent them on the council was better than having no one at all, and perhaps in time, it would become clear if Nawvlee still considered himself a Hongshan before a Firekin.
"Thank you." He said finally, with a polite bow of his head. When the large grey male spoke up in regards to their usefulness, Ukuba frowned. "Rest assured that we will be an asset to this Pride, not a burden." With that, the dark red and black male turned and started heading back in the direction of the Red Quarter, eager to get back to his brother and inform him of what had been said.

Aiolos settled on the large rock as the lions muttered and talked and grumbled all around. The announcement meant little to him but he did watch the reactions with interest, it seemed even the separate band he assumed where the aforementioned 'Hongshan' were not all thrilled with the news. But most seemed happy enough.
After everyone seemed to digest this last piece of information, lions started to leave in dribs and drabs, singles, pairs, the odd family or two... it seemed as if the gathering was winding down. Stretching his dark wings he glanced over at Kuza, who was still near her brother. Well... he was not going to get any fun out of her while she was busy... so he would mess with her later on. For now... his stomach was starting to protest so with a lazy squawk and a ruffle of his feathers, he launched himself into the air and took flight, soaring away to hunt down a meal for the evening.

When a large gray lion spoke to them, Tswana pulled her lips back in a sneer. Same goes for you. But you it would be indelicate to actually say anything, or even growl, so she would just have to settle for making a face, and even that was pushing it. Ukuba, of course, handled it much more elegantly, and she nodded slightly agreeing with them. The Hongshan would pull their weight. Even weakened, they were strong.
This was an interesting development. It seemed now the Hongshan were rather... officially being taken in to the firekin. Kalama might have disliked this, but she found that, as she did with many things, she didn't care too much. In the end it probably wouldn't do them harm to have more lions fighting against the Nergui, even with the water shortage.
Kalama would hate if the Motoujamii ended up weaker than the Nergui. Being on the losing side was something she never intended to do, and she preferred not to 'switch sides'.
She could see the meeting was pretty much done, by the way Kidondo had stepped down from his perch, and other lions were moving away. A bit disappointing that a fight hadn’t broke out, that could have made this all the more exciting. In the end it was for the best, of course. The firekin had better things to do than fight amongst themselves, even Kalama could understand that. Even if it was boring.
There wasn’t any reason for her to be here now, so, as many others had, she got back on her feet and took her leave.
It was good to know the situation with the Hongshan had been well handled, at least he hoped it had. Even though Moto'spaki was in some ways pleased with the announcement, he wondered if one day he would ever come to think of these lions as Firekin. He also wondered if they ever would.
It seemed the gathering was drawing to an end, however. No had stepped down and was making his way through the crowd, growled a warning. Others were already leaving. The white male decided he should be no different, and stood up, and left to do what he had been doing before they had been summoned.

Morag sighed and climbed to her paws as the meeting started to break up, pausing once there to let a wash of exhaustion steal over her for a moment. It was irksome, this feeling of weakness, so she buried it under a mask of stoic confidence. It wouldn't do to rouse her family again... even if all she wanted right now was to limp back to the medical dens and collapse for a nice, long nap while someone changed the dressings on her face and shoulder. Maybe when she woke up, someone would answer her questions about whether or not she was going to keep her eye... She'd yet to get any vision through it, but she figured a lot of that could be blamed on being covered all the time.
Sidling a glance around, the dark lioness started to pad back to her temporary den, carefully placing her paws so she wouldn't stumble and give herself away. Nap and then food, yes... food would be nice.

Savitri rose back to her paws, eyeing Seide. After a moment, she scowled, turning and padding after the direction Kosuke had gone. For the first time, she suddenly felt very torn. Her memories of the days of slavery, though long ago, were something not ENTIRELY pleasant. She hadn't particularly enjoyed being more or less a freak amid her own litter mates. But at the same time... She felt like the Regents, for all good intentions, weren't even LISTENING to others anymore. They were wrapped up in their council from her perspective, the ideas of their own family NOT on the council were falling on deaf ears. Good ideas had been proposed, and either shot down or ignored, and on top of that, somebody who knew nothing about motherhood had dared to reprimand a mother. She let out a snarl, absolutely disgusted now. Quickening her pace, she scooped up Kiran, Arevik running close behind.
Rashmi looked at Yayuka, ears pricked. "Am I mixing up lions, or aren't you one of the Hongshan?" She was actually thrilled that they were being considered part of the pride now, since it meant, rather shallowly, that she'd have far broader choices when she decided it was time to find herself a mate. She just hoped her parents approved whatever choice she made. When she noticed her mother leaving, she got up. "Oh, I should... Go... See you around, Yayuka!" With a flick of her tail, she got up and went trotting after Savitri.

There was a lot to talk about, and Khindel knew it was not going to be easy. His family and pride's blood was boiling. Revenge would be had.
But first the pride's well being had to be seen to. Meanwhile that lust for revenge would simmer, marinade, and when he extracted his revenge for his fallen son, it would be the sweetest thing anyone had ever tasted. He knew his other children wanted a taste, as well as his mate.
However he would rather his children stay home. He didn't want them on the front lines. But Khindel knew the hot blood of the Firekin ran in their veins, and they would not so easily obey, even if he was their father.
Right now though none of them were in any state of mind to make decisions.
Now he had to go back to the den. Azar and he needed to chat.
