Personality: Mkaidi is a mischievous and hardheaded young wild dog with a penchant for competition and a taste for adventure. Hotheaded and hard working, she wants to be the apple of her mother's eye and a strong figure within the pack. Though she often appears not to be bothered by what her rivals or enemies have to say about her, she takes her pride, reputation, and honor extremely seriously and does her best to maintain a good image amongst her peers, although she was more problematic and pushy as a pup. She has an all consuming desire to be the best, like no one ever was and, with dogged determination, would become a colossus, despite being somewhat smaller in stature than the average dog taking such a position. What she lacks in size is made up by swiftness, perception, and a keen insight as a tactician.

Mkaidi loved the stars.
Well, every dog in Nyota-Wasomaji did, not just her, as the pack's existence was devoted to the reading and the charting of said stars. Unlike others, though, the little one didn't quite grasp the concept of reading said stars or understanding what they mean, she was more content to just sit and stare at them in wide-eyed wonderment. What were they? They almost looked like millions of little fireflies dancing, yet they were so far away. Once, she'd had a jumping contest with one of her siblings, to see who could get closest to them, but it didn't matter how high either of them got, they were simply way too far to reach. Were they alive? Or where they like pack lands? Were other dogs staring back at them, only they were too far to see each other?
Such thoughts swirled in the youngster's head as she sat outside of the den, nestled safely within the pack's inner territory. The night breeze was a gentle one, soothingly comforting, and the sound of night insects droning on seemed almost as though they were providing music. A white streak, a shooting star, darted across the night sky and in her bout of curiosity, the young wild dog stood and shook out her starry pelt. She wanted to follow it, to see where it went. She padded on, though in her mind she knew she would never catch up to it, her eyes trained on the sky. It was while her attention was diverted that her paw caught on a stray, fallen branch and she quickly found herself face first in the dirt and a voice that grated on her nerves laughed at her plight.
"Aurinko, you shut your mouth!" She pushed herself up, wrinkling her sore snout and sneezing away dust and dirt. Her little mouth was turned in a scowl. She knew who he was, son of the other Baraza. Rival. It was the only word fitting for him.
"Psh, why? You can't make me." He continued to chuckle as he egged the other pup on. Something in his tone, however, didn't sound all that threatening. To the other pup's ears, it sounded like a challenge, not a threat, and her scowl shifted to a fiendish grin. She'd take him up on that.
"Oh yeah?" She growled threateningly, or at least tried to sound as such, but between her grin and her underdeveloped vocal chords, she didn't sound nearly as frightening as she thought she did. "Lets go, you 'n me, one on one! Winner is the champion."
"You're on!"
Mkaidi pounced and, amid grunts, puppish growls, wagging tails, and squeaks of protest, the pups played in traditional pup fashion. A bond was formed, one of both intense rivalry and tenacious friendship.

Personality: Iskra has a quiet intensity to her. She is rather serious, but also polite and compassionate. She genuinely cares for those around her. Alright, and I have come to a decision and will now announce the winners to my pup contests. Naming:•Girl goes to~ •Boy goes to~ Personality :•Girl goes to~ •Boy has no winner. I will likely be looking for someone interested in the pack that would like him, preferably someone without a free WD, or none at all. Thank you to everyone who entered. We will be getting the last couple RP's soon to post the pack for approval before the end of this month. Because of this I will be posting pups after we are approved and receive the certs, however you are certainly free to start RPing your new baby. :3 And cause I forgot to give this uncert to you.
