Sub just frowned, now that thing was able to resist his attacks a little better. No matter, it should be get worn down a bit by now. "Omnious Wind!" The Dark One commanded.

Griswold would like usual let out a laugh as he executed his attack, rotating his body rapidly to conjure up a ghostly gale to sweep Gengar away in.

Sub only flinched ever so slightly as the Toxic hit his ghost, the poisonous seeping into the spiritual being, disappearing into who knows where. Only one thing was for sure, Griswold was badly poisoned.

"Well now I'm running on borrowed time...no matter, Hypnosis!" The man commanded, his Spiritomb letting out a cackling as its body rotated one way, its eyes the other as it attempted to lure the Gengar under its hypnotic spell.

(1-6, it works, anything else and it fails.)

Griswald let out a blood curdling cry of pain as the Venoshock washed over its ethereal body, the cry almost sounding like laughter. At first the Spiritomb survived the Venoshock, barely managing to maintain its form as it began to distort. However, the poisonous chi in its being would work its vile magic and sapped what little strength the ghost had, causing the Forbidden Pokemon to retreat back in its keystone, where it would rest for the day.

"I suppose so." Sub said as he recalled Griswald back into his ball. "Let's see if I can regain my footing...Lenore! Night Slash!" Sub cried out as he tossed the ball onto the field. The moment the ball popped open a black blur darted out from the shadowy substance, attempting to slash right through the ethereal body of the opposing Gengar with a claw imbued with darkness. It was Lenore the Weavile.

Lenore wasn't out long before she was put to rest again, the Pokemon instantly succumbing to the hypnotic suggestions and began to sleep. Sub didn't seem too surprised by this, though he didn't seem happy either. The man also didn't bother to give a command as he knew that Lenore couldn't wake up this early under the spell of Hypnosis, so he waited.

(Ignore the roll.)

Sub almost flinched as he heard the command, this wasn't good. Lenore had to wake up, now. "Icicle Crash, Lenore!" The man commanded. Please, please wake up.

Unfortunately the pleas fell on deaf ears as Lenore just laid there, fast asleep. The Focus Blast slammed into the sleeping Pokemon and sent it flying through the air, the Pokemon crashing on the very edge of the field, having almost fallen into the abyss below. Of course the attack was more than enough to wake up the Weavile but for now she had to catch her brief. One more hit and she was done for, even a Scratch would take her out.

(1, she wakes up. 2, she stays asleep.)

That was it, Lenore just looked on at the incoming Shadow Ball with eyes filled with regret. She had came into battle and only utilized a single move before being taken down by a Pokemon who should have fallen to her with ease. The Weavile had resigned to her fate and shame as the Shadow Ball bore down on her. It was over.

"Vile!" Shouted Lenore as she darted around in a flash, delivering a sucker punch to the side of the Gengar's face. It was a Feint Attack! Did they really think she was going to go down without a fight? "That's my girl!" Sub cheered with a grin. Let's see you survive that!

"Moving shadow on the floor, how cliché." Sub scoffed. "Lenore, we're going to keep on fighting until we can't any more! Show us your battle cry! Screech!" The man declared.

While Lenore really was exhausted it almost seemed like hearing her trainer rejuvenated her a bit, at least mentally. The Weavile would stand up straight and proud, keeping a close eye on the shadow on the ground. Trying to play hide and seek? Well let's see you stay hidden when your head is threatening to split in two.

"Viiile!" Screeched Lenore like a banshee, her cry ringing through out the gym. Even Sub had to admit that the sound was absolutely horrible, the man himself putting his hands over his ears to try and block it out.

Sub looked almost sad as he watched Lenore fall but at the same time he seemed happy as he recalled his Pokemon and took out his last Dusk Ball. "Unfortunate? For a gym leader you seem incapable of looking a step ahead." He scoffed as he held his final Dusk Ball tight. "Now behold my final Pokemon, one of which will be seared into your mind after this battle." He almost cackled as he threw the ball into the air.

"Hydreigon!" Roared the three headed monster as it appeared from the darkness within the ball, thrashing or flexing its three heads, it was hard to tell which one it was. Morty might notice in that brief moment when the beast wasn't rampaging that it had a pair of sunglasses on its middle head, Blackglasses.

"Valdemar, Crunch!" Sub commanded right away. It was time to show Morty that the Screech from earlier was not unfortunate.

"Gon!" Roared the beast as it gave a fierce flap of its wings and bore down on the Mismagius with savage speed, immediately proceeding to grab a hold of its etheral body with its two hand-heads and proceeded to wildly bite away at the ghost with its middle head, teeth dripping with vile dark chi. Behold, the Brutual Pokemon, unleashed and empowered.
