Evie smiled a bit, and stood there in silence a moment, as she noticed his eyes went to the flower stand. Her attention was drawn back to him as Nathan began to speak to her. "It..was a pleasure to meet...you too Nathan." She spoke softly, her sky blue eyes looked around then down to her bags. Shifted them in her arms they were getting heavier as the two stood here and talked. Nate then brought up the halloween even that was tomorrow. 'Shoot! I totally forgot about that!' Evie thought to herself, she'd have to stay up and make a costume for herself. Evie shifted her bags again, using her semi-free hand to brush her bangs out of her face. "Maybe so, thank you again Nate. H-hopefully we'll....bump into each other...soon." She said and gave a slight wave bye and turned on her heel to walk out of the store. The several minutes to her house without dropping her bags, was her current mission. Next would be the costume.

Nathan eventually came to a conclusion of what he kind of flowers he wanted in the bouquet. The young man had asked the seller each meaning of the flowers, which she happily explained. He first obvious choice was some Cherry Blossoms because those were her favorite flower, which was more in the center of the bouquet. The blossoms were surrounded by Carnations, Chrysanthemums, and Delphiniums. They each had their special meanings, which the Carnations were based on their mother's love for all of them. The Chrysanthemums personally symbolised his ever lasting bond with his late sister, while the Delphinums were for the possiblity he'd one day see her again. The final flower that he wanted in the bouquet, which surrounded all the other flowers, were pansies. His mother had talked about how these flowers symbolized rememberence, and were actually a very common flower for those that have passed away. Nate liked the way that his remembrence of her surrounded everything else, and was very content with how the flowers were arranged. Nathan thanked the woman, and pulled out his wallet pulling out eight dollars, and payed for the bouquet. She had even assured him that if he put it in water, then they'd last for a time, which was good, since he wanted them to be preserved until tomorrow. Nathan held the bouquet of flowers in one hand his free hand, although he made sure to use his arm to help hold the groceries against himself. The red eyed teen finally started heading towards the exit when he noticed Serah in the checkout line along with a red haired guy. He tilted his head a bit in surprise, considering he didn't usually see her besides work."That was the last person I expected to see here. I don't wanna ignore her though regardless if she sees me or not. That wouldn't be right in my opinion, especially since she's a rather kind hearted person. I should at least make an attempt to ackolwedge her presence even if I don't go over there."Nathan didn't want to be rude if she happened to see him as well, although knew he had to get home plus didn't want to hold her up either. The red eyed teen decided to just give a very light smile, which was different form his usual ones, while waving slighty with the hand that held the bouquet because it was the more free one. Serah was probably one of the few if not only people he talked with, since he was still fairly new to the city. Nathan forgot how being new was a bit tough at first, especially if you didn't know anyone at all. He'd definitely like to get to know the grey eyed young woman more out of work along with other people as well. The young man figured he'd have a chance tomorrow if she showed up at the event. Nathan didn't have to have a lot of friends being new and all, but a few would be nice. He always found life to be easier with friends. The light brown haired boy put his hand down to keep both the flowers and bag secure, before he made his exit from the store.

Last nights Halloween Event was a very interesting one, almost to the point of her not wanting to sign up for another event in a while. Evie was glad to have met the people during it though, even under circumstances that were rather harsh. At least she was able to help heal Leon and Nathan a little before they were taken to the hospital. She wondered how everyone was doing, mostly Sarah as she was the most shaken up about the demon they fought. She wasn't able to get any of their cell numbers though, so she was at the moment friendless again. Doing her usual daily routine by her lonesome. After she had gotten home and was able to take a long hot shower, she stored her Mystearica costume in a storage box and set it in the spare room. It would be awhile since she believed she would attempt to touch that costume again. All in all the event was rather fun, she got to use powers she never had before. The light pink haired female clocked on and went about her duty.
While at her station she managed to ring in about twenty people in her first hour of working. It was rather fun, helping those in need. Along with earning money was a plus. Though she was more joyful helping those that needed it then the money. Like how she had to grab a box of cereal for an older lady who couldn't reach it on the top shelf. She also assisted in helping taking groceries to someone's car as it was a little nippy outside and the gentleman was rather old and she wanted him to get warm as fast as he could.
The whole time she has been clocked on she didn't notice that she was actually making full sentences like last night when she wore the costume. Usually it took her a moment or so to phrase a sentence but today she felt like a whole new person. Someone that could take on the day at full force and not have to worry about being shy around everyone. Maybe this job was what was best for her. To help her get comfortable in talking to people. That would be the best feeling ever.

The female was at her second hour in of work, customers slowed their pace so there wasn't much Evie could do at this time. She told one of her coworkers that she'd go help out on the floor and restock shelves and put things back wherever they weren't supposed to be. The blue eyed teen finished putting the last box of cereal in it's place when a young child approached her with tears in his eyes. Evie bent down to his level and asked, "What's wrong little guy?" the boy sniffled as he tried to make a clear sentence. "I wost my mommy." He cried, Evie looked around to see if any woman was searching for her lost boy but to no avail. Her eyes turned back to the boy, "My name is Evie, I'll help you find your mommy. Can you tell me your name?" She asked softly.
"E-Eric...Shina" He said back still sniffling away his tears. "Well Eric, take my hand and we'll go find your mommy." [/ b] Without hesitation the boy grabbed her index and middle finger and walked with her to her station. She propped him up onto the counter and walkied the staff that she had found a young boy and if a parent was looking for him to come to register 4. Evie and the little boy talked about planes and trucks and even dinosaurs before his worried mother crab to the counter and lofted him into her arms. Crying tears of joy she thanked Evie a lot. "No need to thank me. Eric here is such a bog boy, he came straight to me even with a few other customers in the aisle. You have taught him well." Evie admitted before the mother grabbed her arm and embraced her, squishing her son in between them while he said that he couldn't breath. His mother giggled along with Evie.
"What do you say to the woman that brought you here?" His mother stated, Eric looked up to Evie as he leaned against his mother, "Thank you for talking about trucks and dinosaurs witf me." Evie smiled, "I should be thanking you. You are wonderful at keeping me company. Come back soon and we can talk about dinosaurs more, kay?" She smiled and the boy made a loud rooarr as him and his mother left the store. Evie felt so glad to try and change herself, being shy all the time doesn't really get you anywhere. She liked her new self.

Juliana trepidatiously walked into the grocery store, her first time doing so. She looked down at her list and began walking around, getting the selected items;
She got each of one of them and made her way to the cashier, digging out her reusable bags from her purse. The total would be $65.50 so she made sure to get her debit card out as well.

Evie's sky blue eyes looked around to the small line of customers she had waiting for her to check them out. She worked as quickly as she could, getting each customer out of line with their groceries packed in their bags. Giving them the usual, "Have a nice day", at the end and the "Did you find everything today?" as the next customer approached her. Yes it annoyed her and she didn't want to keep saying it but it was courteous to do and part of her job. As the next girl with light brown hair came up with the conveyer belt pulled forward all of her items.
"Did you find everything you needed today?" She asked with the usual speech then smiled at her response. "Your total rings up to $65.50." She said as the light brunette handed Evie her debit card. Evie swiped it and handed it back, gave her the recipet that she needed to sign and after that gave the female her reciept. "Have a great day." Evie said and gave a big smile to her.

Juliana picked up the reusable bags, leaning slightly from the weight. Looks like she would have to get a taxi. She turned to the worker and smiled."Thank you. You too."She turned to leave before thinking of something. She turned around and faced the worker."Excuse me. I'm sorry but can you give me any sales advice? I just started myfirst sales job today so I am a little unsure of what to do."

Evie looked to the female as she asked her about tips on sales. Evie thought to herself then answered her question, "Uh, just do your best to get someone to try and buy an item. I'm still rather new to this job so I don't really have that much hints or tips to give you. Sorry." She admitted and switched the light off on her register to let the other customers know she would be going on her break. Evie brushed her bangs out of the way as her sky blue eyes looked to the female. "Is today your first day of your job?" She questioned as she stepped away from the register and looked around to see if there was anything that needed to be done before her lunch break.

Alex walked into the door, one hand in his pocket and the other holding a basket. He shifted it into the crook of his arm, grabbing three varieties of soup and a box of tea. He tossed in cigarettes for himself and bought some vegetables for dinner. He knew how to steam these things, didn't he? He could serve them with salmon and butter sauce...if he were professional. Ugh. Could he hire someone to cook for a night? He had Ty's number, maybe he should ask him? Pursing his lips, he paid for his purchases and lit a cigarette on his way out the door.
