I would recommend no-handed tree climbing for you. I've noticed that when you use your shadow techniques that you run out of chakra very fast. Apparently your abilities use up a lot of chakra. The tree climbing exercise teaches you not only to control your chakra better, but it raises your max chakra level. It takes a long time to master, but when you do master it you'll notice a big difference. Here's how you do it, watch me.
