Well, often I'm looking for a new floor or wall to use cause I use the same standard carpets over and over again, and now and then I'll find something fantastic that I never knew existed.

Yes actually, my first Sims 2 family got 70,000 simoleons from a chance card. Another family got rich from having a chain of electronics stores.
