Infinex let out an amused laugh. "Ha ha ha, you're in my element now." Infinex looked at tirain and shot out shock waves at the monsters in a rapid fire pace. Infinex got Miera's message and an idea clicked in his head. You don't need to. They can tear themselves apart. He looked at Cleo. "Hey, Cleo! If Tirain is your lover then why did he go behind your back to take control of Miera away from you? I bet he doesn't trust you at all."

Cleopatra and Tirain both went after Miera.
Smoke's eyes grew. *miera don't do it! Infern needs you you're his sister!* smoke suddenly appeared next to miera and she shoved her out of the sphinx's eye sight right when Tirain and Cleopatra got into sight. The three of them were glued, but only the beams of light went to cleo and tirain.
A tear ran down Smoke's cheek and her mind barrier was down. It was judgement time... and the time for death. *I'm sorry...* Smoke's mind was open for everyone to see. She had formed this plan... to be on the judgement table with her two ancestors... She knew that the sphinx's spell to kill them and break their spells would require two souls... and that is exactly what she had. Her soul... and Evil's soul. The spell would kill them all... Cleo, Tirain... and smoke and evil...including the army of the undead. She didn't want the others to know because she didn't want them to die... she was giving up her life for them. A small piece of paper dropped from Smoke's hand and it floated over to Infinex... it was a spell that could bring spirits back to their bodies. Suddenly, the sky became dark with clouds and the orange beams went red. THe sphinx started to move. Smoke's heart started to pound deep in her chest. The sphinx spoke outloud for all to hear, "Cleopatra... Tirain. You are here for power... for evil... for wrong doings. You have raised the army of the undead and because of that, your great granddaughter is giving up her soul... and her sisters soul... in order to break the spells. YOu are going back to where you belong!" the sphinx lunged at the three of them. Cleopatra and tirain screamed. Smoke turned her head to Miera and Infinex, "I'm sorry..." she then just looked at Infinex and said, "Infern... I... I've always loved you... more than a friend." She then shut her eyes as the sphinx landed on them and sand poured all over the place.
Skyler froze when the undead army started to turn to sand and dust. "Smoke..." he got the whole plan she formed in his mind, "How... how could you leave us like this?" he turned towards where they were.

miera just stared as smoke knocked her off the board how did she get so fast.....?? she thought, stunned so anyone who could would have been able to hear her thoughts. as she fell the 100+ feet to the ground, a last piece of her soul, where all of her evil as mira had been, the part that had still existed allowing her to be drawn into Ancient Egypt where the two had started their evil plans, and their dabbling in magic pulled mira, a similar soul, to them. she had died from the fall, but they had revived her, and she became miera......this ran through her mind as she fell, having enough consciousness to slow down her perception of time, so she wouldn't die from falling....again*

Infinex looked at her and instantly dissolved with Clex collapsed on the ground next to Infern. His face was back to normal and tears were running down his cheeks.
After all was said and done, Infern walked over to the sphinx. It was anubis wasn't it? Mira mentioned him a moment ago. Infern's face was full of sorrow. He pulled out the slip of paper and didn't take a second glance at it before he put it away. "I know this spell. The only one I ever learned. Light is the power of life, Shadow is the power of death. In the name of light I call the resurrection. In the name of light, shadow's grip is released." Infern shot a beam at the area where Smoke stood and wondered what would happen.
Clex woke up and looked around. He noticed that his arm had healed and someone was... falling from the sky. Realization dawned on him and Clex' instincts clicked into action immediatly and he ran towards her, trying to cushion her fall with the only thing he knew how to use; darkness.

Smoke's body was limp. her eyes were blank and clouded over.
*Smoke... take my powers.* Evil held her hands out to Smoke.
Smoke pouted, *but I don't want them... i want you, that's why i shared my body with you. You're my twin...*
Evil sighed, *Smoke... I have a maturity level that is as high as yours... but I'm still just 5... I want to move on...* a tear ran down her face.
*Evil... I...* Smoke shut her mouth and she then sighed, *If you wish to give me your powers... thenok..*
*I give them to you... sister...* Evil placed her hand on Smoke's head and said the spell that took her light powers from her soul, and placed them in smokes. *Infern is waiting for you... I will tell mom and dad and everyone in Jole you say hi... and will make them proud.* evil hugged Smoke, then dissappred.
A tear ran down Smoke's unmoving face, then her eyes blinked and a couple more tears ran down them. She gasped for air and she saw Infern's face. "Infern..."

miera felt something like velvet caress her as she fell. her control over the time around her broke, and the soft darkness gently lowered her to the ground as clex ran over to her. she woke up, and though she had a headache,she absentmindedly banished the shadows that had caught her and stopped her from dying from the fall. frowning, she opened her eyes and saw that what she had felt was true.....it wasnt her darkness
"what...?" she started to say, then remembering that clex was with her brother, and that they had fused...so it could have been his shadows. it felt familiar, and she tried to remember from where through her pounding headache, before passing out

Infern looked at the sound of her voice and ran to her. He swallowed her up in his embrace and more tears streaked down his damaged face. He wiped his face with the back of his hand and then looked her in the eyes. "Don't ever do that to me again. I couldn't bear losing another friend." He then swept her up in a kiss that seemed to last ages. He finally released her and then turned to the sphinx. "Is anubis permanently destroyed?"
Clex looked at her and smiled. He put his hand on her face and noticed something. He had aged considerably from the battle. Five years if he had to say how long. So I'm... seventeen now? Clex looked back at her and he spoke in a voice deeper and more gentle than previously. "Bound by spirit, Bound by soul. Bound by blood, element or tribe. We are family through and through and we will never break our stride."

Smoke blushed a deep red when Infern kissed her. her mind buzzed with excitement but she was so shocked she didn't know what to do. She just blinked when he pulled away, then giggled, and covered her mouth with embarrassment.
The sphinx looked at infern, "anubis will never be destroyed... but Cleopatra, tirain, and all their spells have been destroyed. You have snuck around anubis with that spell... but I already forsaw it... and so did anubis. He is satisfied with just Evil's soul.. which will be reunited with their parents." he looked at smoke, "When you die, you shall go to anubis, but you shall be reunited with your sister and parents. I am sorry for your loss." he then took his place back on his perch and became still.
Smoke suddenly remembered *Evil...?* she waited for a response... but didn't get one. "no..." A tear ran down her face. she was the only one left in her family...

(oh mighty dark mistress, what about ME...the OTHER oh mighty dark mistress...?? evil lol....jk)
"what....?" miera asked again, as she woke up to see clex looking down at her, his hand on her face "gyah...!" she exclaimed in surprise, somehow instantly appearing somewhere else without a portal in her surprise. she stayed where she was at, and blinked over at clex "sorry...its not every day i wake up to find someone over me..." she apologized sheepishly, her eyes going distant "what were you saying...?" she asked as she stood up and walked back over to clex, offering him a hand up. she squinted at him curiously "you look different...." she said, a bit surprised <as weird as this sounds, thank you for dying for us................and ill always be here, more or less smile > miera sent to smoke, sending reassuring and sympathetic thoughts towards smoke, her inner voice still crying a little, to show her true emotions of the moment
(yay...^^ triangle family......with smoke in the middle!! 4laugh <.< dont ask....lol XD random thoughts)

Clex grasped her hand and stood up. "I-It was nothing. I just remembered something that my... mother told me when I was really little. We should go rejoin Infern and Smoke." Clex turned around and walked over to stand by Infern.
Infern looked at Smoke and gently took her hand. "It's ok, you've still got us. You'll see her again one day, but for now you have to press on for the future." He gave her a friendly smile and looked back at the sphinx. "Wasn't anubis created in the same fashion as you?"

The sphinx was silent.
Smoke suddenly remembered something and smiled, "No... the sphix was made to protect others... to get rid of evil... anubis is the god of cemetaries... he protects the dead and leads them to the afterlife... making sure the stay dead... unless if, like in cleo's sitiation, she came back to life, but sacrificed another in order to appease anubis. Her sacrifice was Kari, but I was able to heal her wound and bring her soul back into her body." She was excited she hadn't lost her touch on the cultures knowledge. She still had her brains.
Skyler looked at the others, "Should we go to them, or wait till they get here? I honestly just want to sit down or float in the river..."

Kari grinned. "Hehe! LETS!" SHe grabbed Kurai'shand and dragged her in the river. "When Smoke and Infern oh and Clex comes back..lets attack them with water." She laughed a little at her mastermind plan.

"I suppose we should be getting back to the others now."
Clex nodded in agreement and looked at Miera. "So how do- Ahh!" Clex fell to his knees and gasped for breath. When he regained control of himself he looked up at them. "I'm ok, my arm still hurts from the cut i got earlier." He stood up and created an arm sling made from darkness. He slipped his injured arm through and looked back at Miera. "Like I was saying, how do we plan to get there?"

Smoke grinned, "Hehe..." She formed a cart with a mixture of dark and light. She scooped them all in before Miera could say her shadow board. Smoke took off at a run... she still had the super fast speed she gained while fighting cleo. "WOOT!" she was really excited.
Skyler looked around, "Did you hear something?"
Smoke stopped after about three minutes of running. "THAT WAS AWESOME!" she threw a fist into the air. Her hair was totally windblown (as in it was sleeked straight back XD )

Infern looked at Smoke, shocked, and reared his head back in laughter. "Ha ha ha, it was much faster than last time though." Infern hopped out and looked at the rest and waved at them "Hey there!"
Clex rolled over out of the cart and shook the sand out of his hair. "I'm not sure if I want to try that again." Clex stood up and started running towards everyone. "I'm back!" he shouted as he tried to tackle Skyler.
