After that is up for debate. Ideally, I would love to make it to Italy in the near future, but my friends would prefer Japan or the British Isles. 161 OOOO, Ill come with to japan. lol, I was supposed to go in 2019, but bought a house instead which set me back some. But in two years I should be going to France, that is really the only future trip I know will happen, aka my nephews graduation gift, before he goes off to collage somewhere. Bump 368 I'm taking my niece on a graduation trip of some kind, but she has no clue where she wants to go. There's time though, she's only 15. But yeah, I bought my house in 2021 and it was quite the budget killer. Bump 180 What type of interest rate did you end up with? Luckily my payments are only 1300$ (with taxes and insurance added in). But had a 4% interest rate Bump 391 I ended up with 2%, which is pretty decent. My overall payments are $1400 with taxes and insurance. Bump 190
