I hate being a nerd.

People come up to me, mundanes, un-computer literate people, dummies. They try to get my help to do things that are IMPOSSIBLE.

Like the lady who wanted to upload web pages to a DOMAIN NAME. ninja "I just bought this domain from godaddy how do I uploadz filez to it?"

This guy today was trying to upload a video to facebook and music to myspace. Facebook only allows 100mb or TWO MINUTES of video.. his video was only 10mb but was 7 minutes long. That was not his fault, just Facebook being evil as usual. two minutes is way too short. Should only be a size restriction, not a time restriction.

The music he was uploading to myspace was a radio show, a 45min long show that was 65mb, and it was too big for myspace to upload. So I didn't know what to tell him, lest he gets his own webspace and uploaded the files to there, and I just did not want to sit there for 2 hours helping this guy out when I have my own s**t to do.

I just dropped $137 on pre-orders yesterday....I am now the proud (future) owner of a PSP! My roommate was informed of this bundle, and I just HAD to get it....you get the PSP, the new Final Fantasy Dissidia game, a memory stick, and the Advent Children movie.....all for the low, low price of just $199.99!! I still have to pay off about $113 on it for it to officially be mine, but that'll happen next payday. TECHNICALLY I could have paid it all off now, but I didn't wanna spend over $200 in one day....

And I also pre-ordered the new Kingdom Hearts game, and paid that one off entirely.... heart


I can't wait til August 25 and September 29!! 4laugh

Between sinusitis and hating the bureaucrats at NJIT, I wondered what I could post to my FA.

About the only thing that doesn't make me blanch in horror at the (low) quality is a how-to guide to making focal lesions in rats' brains (to -0.38, -0.17, -0.9, which should be the left nigrostriatal pathway). I feel like posting that would be a little ghoulish.
