"As far as I can figure, despite your looks, you are probably as much of a hybrid as say your dad, though considering, you probably take up more towards to your mom than anything, obviously." I said to him.

Truth be told, that was something that didn't set all too well with Aden. But it was hard to really deny. He knew that when it came to Pokemon breeding, species was largely taken from the one that gave birth in the first place. It'd be redundant to say it wasn't the same in other cases, but to him, it almost didn't feel right.
Perhaps this was just a matter of reservations; he always was closer to his sister and father. Not that he had a choice in the matter now, but the fact remained. "Yeah, noted..." He finally said.

He knew that when it came to Pokemon breeding, species was largely taken from the one that gave birth in the first place. It'd be redundant to say it wasn't the same in other cases, but to him, it almost didn't feel right. Perhaps this was just a matter of reservations; he always was closer to his sister and father. Not that he had a choice in the matter now, but the fact remained. "Yeah, noted..." He finally said. I stopped then turned back for a moment, looking at Aden. "Are you going to be okay?" I asked him. He went solemn there really quick like, and I doubted it was just by the adrenaline fall. Regardless of the case, I'm mostly convinced this was something Aden never once considered at all.

Part of me had my doubts about that, but I'd just let it go and not press the issue any further. "Don't worry, you'll know it if I do." Aden spoke up. "If I keep gathering chi, I should be able to keep going. I do know that's gotta be how stuff like poison doesn't bother me for too long."

I made my way up through the area and stopped at the center, looking back at the two. "Now, shall we try to do this again right, or should that wait for a bit?" I asked. "Up to you all, I'm still feeling pretty fine. The guys back on the ship weren't that much of an issue...at least the ones that I dealt with anyways. Especially those few that got hosed." I said, scratching the side of my head. Yeeeaaahhhh...
