(umm in OVA 3 pip is the guy with the eye patch... the one who shot those guys with the silenced pistol.. he looks realy cool walking through fire in the trailer for OVA 4? hes the one who leads the wild geese guys.. hes not in the anime but hes in the manga and the OVAs do remember him a little bit now?)
