"I need to see Cecily anyways and make sure Octavia is still on her studies," Luna dusted her jeans off, "And I will need to get into contact with Alexei to make sure he and the kingdom are safe."

She knew she would never truly be apart of Lauchlain's world because of her loyalties to Alexei. If something were to happen to her brother, and she hoped not, then she would be anointed as Queen instead of Celia because of her higher rank. Luna looked to Lauchlain, "We should still further our discussion later on what we both plan on doing."

"Don't speak to Scarlette," Keagan growled, "And don't utter Nyx's name."

The rage built within him made his eyes glow a bright yellow once again as energy surged through him as he stood in front of Scarlette. His hands turned into razor sharp claws as he menacingly glowered at Sebastian, staring him down. He had seen the memory, the flash of insight between Scarlette and what her brother had done. He could also feel the impulse of fear from an old memory still clinging to Sebastian's aura of a time when they had all mocked her for being the odd one out of the bunch.

Feeling both the memories repulsed Keagan as he turned and grabbed Scarlette's arm, "We're leaving."

Without waiting for an action from her, Keagan began to drag her away from Sebastian. Astrid sat on one of the top most part of the branches as she watched the scene below. Her heart went out to Sebastian, wanting to go to him and let him know her feelings. She bit her bottom lip as her silver hair spilled over her shoulders as she leaned closer to get a better look.

Oscar didn't even sit up as he smoked his cigarette after Jamie left the room. The thought of having another child wasn't too pleasing. After what was going on with Nyx, he didn't want any more sibling turmoil by creating another sibling for Jamie. He looked to Emma and shrugged, "I'm still on for that vasectomy tomorrow night."

Nyx wandered through the castle, no one was treating her differently again so things may have settled. She cradled Nickolas in her arms protectively until she came upon Jamie. Recalling the harsh words Scarlette had said before, she only could guess that Jamie thought the same way too. Shyly, Nyx approached Jamie with a small smile, "Are you mad at me too, Jamie?"

Lauchlain gave a little sigh. "Yes." He replied. "I will escort you to his door." He smiled at her sadly. He didn't want to be parted from her again but she seemed determined to be parted. Shouldn't she be relaxed? Alexei's sons were of age, any one of them would be named Heir over her.

Scarlette went with Keagan. She heard Sebastian cry something but was not paying attention to it. Just to Keagan, not an hour before he was threatening to kill himself. Now he'd changed his mind and was protecting her. Her heart wept with joy but also pain. His grip was a bit to tight. "Keagan," She soothed stopping them when they were far from the others. "Keagan stop you're hurting me."

Sebastian stood there, frozen. He thought she'd take his side. His twin should've taken his side! He took deep breaths to calm himself. Who was the one who protected her from others when they saw her beast? Him! Not that man! Him! He sat under a tree and smiled. "Come now Astrid." He chuckled. "You think I do not know your scent?"

Emma smiled and stroked his cheek. "I know." She replied. "She's just upset over the things happening with her siblings. I think for a little while, until things settle down with the other's we should coddle her a little. Let her know things will turn out okay." She leaned up and nuzzled his cheek with her nose.

Jamie looked up at Nyx. "No." She replied. "I'm mad at all of you for fighting. I hate fighting!" She hugged her knees. "It hurts when you're all fighting."

"You act as if I leave you for months on end," Luna commented as they entered the castle, "I need to see my sister like you need to see your pack."

As soon as she opened the door to Lucas' room, she saw two figures move beneath the sheets and instantly slammed the door shut as she covered her eyes, "I did not just see this..."

The door was creaked open as Celia stood with the sheets loosely wrapped around her body, a cigarette in her hand, "Funny how the vampire bodies heal so quickly... In any case, is there something I can help you with?"

"I..wanted to apologize for earlier..." Luna kept her gaze covered.

"Well, if that's all, apology accepted," Celia smiled before shutting the door, and going back to her husband.

Luna wanted to wipe that image out of her head as she kept her eyes shut tightly in front of Lauchlain, "I might want to vomit after seeing them...like that..."

"Coddling leads to favoritism and that's what we're both in trouble for now. I've been coddling my Nyx for far too long and you've been coddling Jamie for far too long as well. If I had my way, both girls ought to be sent out to the wilds to defend themselves until they find their way back," Oscar sighed as he took a long drag of his cigarette.

Astrid blushed slightly as she remained in the tree, "You ought not to since you've been imprisoned for several decades."

She leaped from the tree, angelic spiritual wings guiding her down to a gentle collide with the grass before disappearing. Her silver hair covered her back as she turned to look at him. Sebastian hadn't changed, and neither did her feelings for him. She had never verbally stated how she felt about him; only having the courage to write him many letters explaining how she felt after he was sent away. Astrid put her hands behind her back as she took a step away, "I only came to see how the new beast was coming along with Scarlette, he's also Nyx's new friend too and I didn't want to see him get hurt. It would upset Nyx greatly."

"And why the hell should I stop?" Keagan turned and snarled at her, he released her reluctantly, "So you can go back to your brother and take another beating? Is that what you want? Do you like being beaten up by the likes of those who use your feelings against you!?"

He took a deep breath, remembering that those were not his memories but her own. Keagan turned his back on her, "You should have fought back. You knew you could, and you wanted to, but you didn't. All because he's your brother."

Lauchlain opened his mouth to say something against opening the door without knocking and chuckled at her reaction and stroked her hair. "Ssh." He purred. "It's okay lets go find something to remove that mental image hm?"

"Baby come back to bed!" Lucas growled when she left him. He heard Lauchlain's laughter and smiled. They must have made up. When she returned to his bed he caressed her cheek and kissed her deeply.

Emma frowned. "Nyx would enjoy that and never come back." Emma snapped. "And Jamie would think we hate her and stay in the pack with Lauchlain."

"Why? Your scent carries on your letters." Sebastian purred watching her. His eyes looked over her and he tried not to growl with approval. His mother had stripped him of any status in the court and in any of the packs so he was free to do what he wanted. "If he hurts either sister I'll have to hurt him back." He had fifty years of pain to make up for with his twin. And he'd be damned if he'd let some git get in the way of that.

Scarlette pulled her arm away keeping her face neutral of emotion. "I don't." She replied. "I don't like hurting people. The person I become, the. . . the thing I become when I change." When he turned his back to her she brushed tears from her eyes. "I should have fought back. I know." She replied. "I wanted to fight back. I. . . I was afraid," She admitted it finally, "afraid that if I fought back I wouldn't stop. That I'd just keep fighting back until there was none of him left. That I would be just as bad as him. I didn't want to be him. I didn't want to use violence to resolve the conflict but in the end." She turned her back too. "In the end I had no choice." She turned to him, deciding to show him the end to that memory. her hands gently cupped his face. What I did, I did without choice. . . She said to him showing the rest of the memory. She didn't let him see the monster she became. Only the fear and utter terror of those who saw it. Before she changed she had mortal wounds covering her. Sebastian was glaring at her wondering why she was still alive.

"Please brother." She begged. "Stop this I did nothing wrong-"

"You turned him against us! You being born! Calling Oscar Father! You made him hurt us!" Sebastian growled wiping blood from his brow. He scented the air. "Better finish this before they come home." He breathed moving toward her.

"NO!!" She roared feeling her beast rise up. Feeling it heal her, feeling it take control. She heard screams from the servants, the cries of fear fueled its lust of vengeance. She gave an immortal ear splitting cry before lunging at her brother.

The memory faded after that. She pulled back. "I became him that day. I spent a long time in my room. I couldn't. . . I could accept what I did. I thought I killed him. I. . . I never want to become that again. I never want to change again."

"I think I may vomit fir-..." Luna felt her gag reflex and immediately went to the nearest vase and vomitted her contents within it.

She finished and wiped the mess from her lips before covering her mouth so Lauchlain wouldn't smell the stale blood that escaped her lips. Luna looked away, "Perhaps..fresh air would be nice."

Luna took Lauchlain's arm to guide him out of the castle once again. She stood outside and glanced around for a few moments before pulling a pack of cigarettes from her pocket, "Don't say anything to anyone, especially Octavia. If my daughter found out I started smoking I would never hear the end of it."

"Nyx would think that not only did her own mother abandon her but now her father did as well. She would be alone," Oscar glared over at Emma, "It is quite ironic how poorly you speak of my child and speak so highly of yours, considering you had once stated that there wasn't a difference between any children we ever reproduced. I think i'm finished here."

Oscar stood up and began to pull on his clothes, "I'm heading out for that vasectomy and heading back to your other castle. Join if you care to; that's only if you don't want to coddle 'your' children."

"I'm afraid there's been a shift," Astrid shyly approached Sebastian, not knowing whether to come any closer or not, "Nyx knows her difference to the others, and your mother and sister have been open to showing her the differences. She neared him more as she spoke, "I'm afraid there will be separation and despair. In the end, you all shall be alone."

Keagan pulled away at the end of the memory, not wanting to be touched by her. It felt as if his own rage would consume him and he would turn into the dreaded beast that lay within those who were cursed. He emitted a deep growl before daring to look back at her, "You lost your sense of control that day. Somehow i've managed to keep mine. I'd...I don't know what I would do if I turned like that. I don't think I could show my face if I had."
PostPosted: Thu Nov 28, 2013 6:24 pm
Lauchlain frowned a little. He rubbed her back as she threw up. "I can understand why you'd take up a habit like that." He said though he didn't care for it himself.

Emma crossed her arms. "No we're not. I said what I said because I know Nyx. I know she loves being out doors with nature. She'd think, for a time that all we were doing was letting her be herself with no one watching. Jamie isn't like Nyx. She doesn't have the same needs. She's more vampire. She'd go to Lauchlain's pack fearing that people would try to harm her for being our child." She frowned pulling her clothes on and followed him. "Oscar, stop! Why are you doing this?" She couldn't understand why he was purposefully taking her words the wrong way. "And we only produced one together. We agreed we'd talk about another child after I recovered from Jamie. But then you shut me down. Like you're doing right now."

Sebastian sighed. "I've never been like that to Nyx. I never punished her for her mother's sins. If anyone deserves to be alone it me."

Scarlette looked away pulling her arms around her belly. "I spent a long time in my room, alone. After a few years mother and father gave up trying to get in. So did Jamie and Nyx. I barely ate or slept. I felt like a monster. And now. . . now I know I am." She saw the look on his face. Never wanted to see it on his face. She sighed softly. "I. . . I will give you that space you want. I think I need my own." She smiled softly trying to not show him how much she was hurting inside, still.

"Shutting you out?" Oscar glowered as he turned and loomed over Emma, "If anyone is shutting anyone out it would be you shutting Nyx out. I have done nothing but love and cherish Jamie, Sebastian, and Scarlette, and allowing Nyx to be the outcast. I've allowed it for far too long and have seen what damage has been done. If you think i'd allow one more being to treat another person that way, especially someone like Nyx, then you are gladly mistake, my sweet. I'd rather be changed into a woman before I have another child treat Nyx the way the others do."

Oscar turned and continued down the hall where he found both Jamie and Nyx. He noticed how tightly Nyx held Nickolas and the way Jamie seemed upset. His eyes went to both his daughters as he stated, "You two ought to get along now, there will be no more siblings besides what you have now."

"I know that, Dad," Nyx looked up at both her father and Emma, "I know..i'm different, but I love the others though they don't love me."

"You are no different than the others," Oscar patted her head and Jamie's head, "Both of you are the same and share the same family. If I ever hear that you two say differently, i'll cast you both out and never take you back."

Nyx didn't question her father. She knew how heartless he could be if pushed and snuggled closer to Nickolas before turning to Jamie.

"Perhaps you may have to prove yourself," Astrid sat on the ground in front of Sebastian, "The witches are coming; they want Nyx to return to her rightful place as ruler among all witches. If they don't take her, they'll want the others to be taken out for her to be taken."

"I..I need space," Keagan stood up as he took a step back, "To rethink this all over. Perhaps...perhaps our sire bond is not as strong as I thought it was. Forgive me.."

Keagan turned and dashed off back to the castle to clear his head. He needed to rethink a few things before he could go back to Scarlette. There was too much in his head now; being a beast and all he needed to regard himself differently. Perhaps he didn't need to be a beast, but that would require a great amount of training.
PostPosted: Thu Nov 28, 2013 6:57 pm
Jamie frowned at her father. She stared at him coldly. "Why do you continue to throw me into the same basket as the older b*****d children?" She asked. "I have loved Nyx since the day mother brought me to her. I'm just not happy that everyone continues to fight! Even you and mummy!" She took a deep breath and pulled Nyx into her arms. "You keep running from my arms sissy." She mewed. "Stop it."

Emma stood there and brushed tears from her eyes. "Great Mother?" She heard a lycan whisper. She shoved him from her grasp and stalked away. She couldn't do this anymore. Couldn't be what her people wanted her to be. She tried. For one hundred years, she tired to love Nyx like her own. But she couldn't. She kept seeing the woman who stole her husband from her. "I wish Anya was here." She breathed finally. "She'd tell me what to do." Then she turned and strode to her room, doing what she used to, she'd run to that other castle. Grab Jamie and Nyx and run to the other castle. Spend some time alone with them. Maybe then she could love Nyx.

Sebastian frowned. "Do they know mum will kill them all before they touch Nyx? Contrary to popular belief, Mum loves Nyx. Remember that seemingly unneeded killing about twenty years ago? Mum heard someone wanted to kill Nyx so Mum killed all involved. But I get what you're saying." He rubbed his temples. "This will be messy."

Scarlette nodded. It was strong. She just overloaded it. Good. With the look he gave her she needed to be on her own. She waited until he left before wandering deeper into the forest cutting him off from the bond so he couldn't feel her emotions. The last thing she needed was to be in the middle of bawling her eyes out and having him feel obligated to comfort her.

The hair on the back of her neck stood on end. Something didn't feel right. She turned and headed toward the funny feeling. She really was to curious for her own good.

Emma paused in her furious shoving of things and gasped feeling something tug on her connection to Scarlette. Without another thought she dropped what she was doing and went toward the pull.

Sebastian grunted. He was her twin. He felt the pull stronger than his mother but they would feel it both the same. "Somethings not right Astrid." He said through a clenched jaw. He didn't move. He expected Keagan would be there to protect Scarlette from the feeling he was having. He had no idea Scarlette had cut her childe from the bond. No idea he wouldn't feel it unless Scarlette died.

Jamie lifted her head from Nyx's shoulder. Her eyes wide. She didn't want to let go of Nyx but she had to go see what the source of the pain in her heart was. No! She refused to leave Nyx! Instead she turned her expression to her father and with a condescending smile said. "Maybe you should focus more on mother and our older, less smart sister. Than yelling at us. Father." It was always daddy with Jamie. Never Father. Something was wrong if Jamie was calling him father.

Scarlette decided, at the last minute, before entering the darkened abyss to let Keagan back in. If he wanted too hear her. She supposed he had a right to be angry and confused. But she wouldn't crowd him. No. She'd let him come to her when he was ready. "Should have gone with grandmother when I had the chance." She mumbled entering the abyss.

Both Celia and Luna felt it. It was a dark place; a place that they only recalled their ill-fated aunt once drew her power from. Both left their men in a rush, Celia throwing on whatever clothes she could find and Luna dashing off at top speed into the forest. When both sisters found the abyss, Luna went straight into a prayer before using the holy cross as Celia checked the mass, "This is magic; witches have come."

"There isn't an army that can compare to this," Luna stated, "And Alexei is far from here... So is Mother and-"

"Mother nor Alexei could come in time," Celia stated as she neared the abyss, "Scarlette is in there, we can't let her go in alone or she'll never come out."

"Perhaps little girls should remember their place," Oscar's eyes were cold as he looked down at Jamie, not even bothering to acknowledge her as he turned and went to see what all the fuss was about outside.

Nyx immediately felt the pull of her magic. She released Nyx as she felt her spirit being guided to follow a path. Without saying a word, Nyx ran out the doors, passed her grumpy father, and into the forest. She murmured an enchantment that rose her just above the ground as she ran faster to find her aunts and the black abyss. To those who were not magic would see darkness, but what Nyx was saw even worse. It was a vast hell that only dark magic could conjure up. Astrid had warned her many times what black magic could cause and this was the result of a great black curse.

Keagan was almost to the castle when he had watched Nyx rush by him. At first he would've just kept going, but the urgency in her eyes caught him by surprise. He took a breath before turning and decided to follow, only to feel the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end. Something was wrong. He followed Nyx's scent until he reached the little witch to find her in a state of fear, "Nyx?"

The little witch didn't respond as he noticed Celia and Luna both startled as well.
PostPosted: Fri Nov 29, 2013 3:37 pm
"She won't be in there alone." Emma's voice sounded behind them. "I must apologize for my behaviour toward you my sisters. I'm afraid I've not been kind. I just didn't want Luna to make the same mistake I did." She looked sad. "Both of you stay here. If you interfere, I will have to deal with your widowers. Keep Jamie and Sebastian safe. Please that is all I ask." She looked at Keagan and smiled. "Perhaps you should stay here too. The bond between you is strong. But I am her mother, I must protect her. Make up to them all for my failings." She caressed Nyx's head going to the little witchlings level. "No matter what happens here little one, I love you and I'm proud of you. Despite the last hundred years this has been how I've felt about you." She pressed a kiss to her forehead, then Emma entered the darkness too, using her bond with Scarlette to catch up.

"Perhaps father's should be better to their children." Jamie replied. "Lest they find someone to replace him." She turned and gathering Nickolas in her arms went somewhere safe, somewhere warded so she wouldn't be tempted to follow the call. It was strong now that Nyx was gone but she had to resist. Mother told her that the summoning would feel different. This was not the kind her mother used. She locked herself in a cage and told the tri-breed not to let her out until her mother came for her.

Scarlette continued into the darkness. She couldn't form thoughts for a long time until she saw a light ahead. She stopped and looked around. "I've got a bad feeling about this." She breathed looking around now on high alert. Her senses were telling her to get out but she couldn't move her body back ward. She wasn't strong enough to fight the pull. She didn't practice magic. Left it too Nyx. Nyx. She should have apologized.

"Yes. . ." The voice purred. "Think of all your regrets and drown in them."

Keagan. She stole from him. She tried to set him free but she wasn't strong enough. She'd never been strong enough. Sebastian was right, she was a weakling. A weakling disguised as a monster.

"She can't go in there!" Luna protested, but Celia held her back, "Let go of me!"

"Scarlette..." Keagan growled, wanting to shake her for walking into such a corrupted darkness and hold her tight for fear of what could happen to her, "I'm going in."

"No!" Nyx rushed forward and took his wrist, "Not without me. My magic will protect you as long as I can and-"

"Nyx don't take a step closer!" Astrid had left Sebastian's side and went to the witchling, "Your magic is nothing compared to this curse! Not even my magic could penetrate this darkness."

"It's worth a shot," Keagan took hold of Nyx's hand, forcing Astrid to the side as the two walked into the darkness.

Nyx's body began to glow a bright golden once they were within the shadows. Their connection by holding hands kept Keagan from being consumed in the darkness. She heard her voice; Scarlette! Nyx pressed forward, "Scarlette!"

"Dammit Scarlette you better answer!" Keagan roared.

"Perhaps being your father was a mistake," Oscar, in a flash, took Nickolas and tore the head from the doll's body and tossed it to the ground like it meant nothing.

Oscar went back outside and went to the source of energy. When he saw Emma care for Nyx, his heart warmed in knowing that she was still trying to care for her like her own. What took him in a fit of fear is watching his daughter enter the abyss as well. Oscar took off running, screaming for someone to stop Nyx, but he was held back. Both Luna and Celia forced him into place as he thrashed to stop his wife and daughter from entering the abyss.

"Emma! Nyx!!" Oscar yelled, clawing at the two women to be free.

"They're trying to save Scarlette!" Celia pinned him to the ground, using all her strength.

"Scarlette?" Oscar went numb, he couldn't handle another child of his being in danger as well, "I have to go in, my children and my wife are in there!"

"And get yourself killed!?" Luna glared hard at him, "They don't deserve to know you tried to go in too let alone Nyx and the beast."

All the others could do was watch and wait. Celia summoned a raven to send word to her mother and father about this, they will want to know what was happening to their children and grandchildren.

Jamie gave a cry when Nickolas was taken from her. "I hate you!" She screamed to Oscar as he left then went to Nickolas eyes over flowing with tears as she pulled the broken pieces into her arms and rushed off to fix him.

"Drown. . . down. . . down. . . further down. . ." The voice purred as Scarlette sat on the ground. She couldn't hear anyone but the sound of her own regret.

"You are nothing! Your father abandoned you! Your mother abandoned you! Your step father loathes your existence your childer wishes you never existed! Maybe you should end it all. . ."

"NO!!!" Emma voice cried finding her child curled in a ball sobbing. Emma's arms went around her child, holding her just like when she had night terrors. "I would never do that to you. My little star." She purred making Scarlette look at her. The look of utter broken hopelessness made Emma's heart weep. Her own regrets surfaced but unlike Scarlette the voice couldn't hang on, happy memories out weighed the regrets in Emma's heart. "He's calling for you Scarlette can you hear him?" Emma asked. "Keagan is calling for you"

Scarlette stared at her mother eyes searching her mother's face before she heard it. It was soft at first but she could hear him calling for her. But she couldn't yet believe that he was coming to comfort her.

For a moment a man stood in the silhouette of the light before disappearing.

"Ah. . . The two mistakes." It purred into Keagan and Nyx's mind. "The daughter unwanted and the childe who wasn't supposed to be." It appeared before them, to Keagan it looked like Scarlette, to Nyx, Emma.

"Keagan. . ." A voice whispered from behind the figure. "Keagan, Nyx don't listen to him!"

"W-what?" Nyx hesitated, the vision of Emma in front of her made her stop in her tracks, "Mo...Mom?"

It was then the darkness began to consume Nyx, but it barely touched her compared to Keagan who began writhe in agony. He didn't stop though. He ventured further and closer to the vision of Scarlette though it felt like the darkness was whipping his flesh to pieces. Blood oozed from the scars as he neared the person that looked like Scarlette, "Not...here.. Not..you."

He didn't want her to die there; he'd rather take her place so that she wouldn't be in this darkness any longer. Keagan reached out, wanting to touch the hand that had held his only hours ago.

Nyx began to feel the pain. She felt her tears burning her skin as she felt the shadows crushing her. Then, a silver bright light illuminated the darkness around Nyx as a woman stood in front of her, protecting her from the darkness.

"You have no power here, false-daughter of Hekate," the woman's voice was calm yet powerful, "You were always so weak, so corrupted to think others would fall for your illusions."

The spirit-woman extended her arms that brought a blinding light before stating, "Emmaline Mikaelov! You must destroy the vessel!"

Nyx wiped the tears from her eyes as she gazed up at the spirit protecting her, making the fear and the pain leave her. Who was she? Why did she look so familiar?
PostPosted: Fri Nov 29, 2013 5:55 pm
Emma had to let go of her adult child to aid her young child. Rage filled her. "How dare you attack her!" Emma cried finding the creature. "Not my Daughter!"

"No!" He cried finding his hold on the three to be breaking. Emma launched at the male and they fought. Emma felt herself turn and gave her self to it. It looked for a moment that the vessel was going to win, but Emma turned the tables and destroyed it draining it beyond past the soul. The being shattered in her arms but the pain of having so much magic in her system was hurting her. She gave a cry of agony.

"Mama!" Scarlette sobbed moving to go near and help but something caught her eye. "Keagan!" She cried rushing to him. Her instinct to protect him overwhelmed her pain. She bit her wrist and held it over his mouth. "Keagan." She whimpered regret still filling her. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."

Emma moved to Nyx, covered in blood, arms out. "Here my child." She mewed pathetically. Was this death? Emma thought. Am I dying? She felt like all her souls were trying to tare apart. She pulled Nyx into her arms and felt the pain leave her. Felt all the magic that was foreign to her pour into her adopted daughter before she slumped on her side.

Power surged through Nyx's body, magic that had long since been forgotten and forbidden to use. She felt her body writhe in agony before she felt a calming touch. Nyx opened her eyes to see the spirit-woman getting on her knees and easing the power to thin out so that Nyx could be able to use it. When the power settled, Nyx looked up at the woman, "Who are you..?"

The woman smiled softly before placing a hand on Emma, healing the wounds that the magic had done to her. Nyx reached out, but could not touch the spirit-woman. Who was she? Why was she doing this? When Emma was healed and was able to sleep peacefully, the woman then turned to Nyx, "You have been given a powerful gift, my child. I am afraid that our fates were not meant to intertwine while we both lived. Your inheritance awaits you; and I shall always be near to protect you."

Nyx's eyes widened. Crystal! She watched as her real mother evaporated into tiny stars that formed a silver rune that plopped onto the ground. Nyx held the rune close to her heart before going to Emma, her other real mother. She sat by Emma's side and placed a hand on her, she'd live, but her body was sore from the magic, "I'm so sorry, Mom..."

"Emma!" Oscar fought from Luna and Celia and made it to his wife, holding her in his arms before scooping Nyx in, "Scarlette!"

He rushed, with the two females in his grasp, to Scarlette to see Keagan all banged up. Oscar could careless about the man and hovered to Scarlette, "Why did you go in there!? You could've been killed and you had your mother worried!"

"Keagan!" Nyx went to her friend's aide and began to heal him with the rune, "The magic got him good, I don't know if..."

"He'll make it," Astrid helped to heal Keagan, "Take care of your family, Nyx. I'll make sure Keagan gets better."
