she felt a growl escape her lips before blushing and covering her mouth, she walks back over to kat "lets go" she whispered

Strike looks down at kat "hey...." he whispered "whats wrong?"

Kiki drew a dagger from her pocket. "Okay, thanks!" She skipped off merrily.

"Um, wait a minute. What's with the hobbit sword?"

kat looked at strike then away "nothing.." she whispered loseing her grip on his hand

Kiki turned around. "Hm? Oh. My little dagger is for killing peoples who try to hurt me, Niko'tonure, or Luna!" She smiled.

"And who would they be?"

"yea, wouldnt think anybody would want to hurt you...." she muttered

Strike tilts his head to the side "you sure?"

Kiki giggled. "The bad peoples, silly."

kat looked down "yeah im sure.." she said slowly then she looked at scott "lets get out of here please"

"We have four people. Right now, we need to vote on either chancing the door, or chancing the stairs."

she bites her lip "i vote for stairs.."
"i vote for door.."
they both said at the same time, she looks over at strike and he looked back shocked "what?" she asked "i like adventures......"

Kiki tilted her head. "Do you mean the scary stairs my big brother makes?"

"Yes. Kat, your vote."

kag scooted closer 2 strike "i vote for the door"

Kiki giggled. "Scary stairs lead to the Underworld! I been there once."
