Af Mas His urethra was blocked and he couldn't pee, which as it turns out is a very serious thing. We didn't want to put him down and wanted to give him a chance, but between the two cats this is the only chance they get because of how much doing this cost. After this, they're either going to a shelter or euthanasia, and that's what we're trying to avoid. I'm just so paranoid that every time I even see him I start to freak out. Getting shakey and nauseous and nervous every time I see my cat isn't good. I just don't know what's going to happen and that's why. I'm just a bit at a loss as to what to do when something worries me here. Yep, is a very dangerous thing. One of my ferrets when suffering from another condition was at risk for urethra blockage and we had to watch him closely because it will kill and fast if not caught. What are you feeding your kitty? One of the biggest ways to prevent future problems is to get him on a good diet that agrees with his system. Did the vet tell you what was the cause/type of the blockage so you know what types of foods to go for?

One of the biggest ways to prevent future problems is to get him on a good diet that agrees with his system. Did the vet tell you what was the cause/type of the blockage so you know what types of foods to go for? They prescribed us a specific type of canned food for him that's supposed to help prevent this problem, so we're feeding him that when he wants to eat. Right now he's still lethargic and doesn't seem to want to eat as much as he used to, but he still purrs and he plays a bit with the string if we dangle it in front of him. We're giving him his pills too: One for pain, one that's an antispasmodic and an antibiotic. Just doing what we were told to do.

Davin_Nightwind Is it even possible to give yourself a hernia through coughing? O_o Sorry but no it isnt the muscles contract when you cough so it isnt possible to do that to yourself but it may feel that you are trying to cough up a lung. To help with that try hot tea with lemon and honey , after a few cups of it you will be able to get the junk out of the chest and start feeling a lot better.

I'm 13-14 days late on my lady tiem, possibility of pregnancy is real
Also, i might have a cold. Head and throat hurt a little.
Also also, went shopping Saturday, got Dante's Inferno, and the gameplay is a huge rip-off of God of War with some Devil May Cry thrown in, which disapoints me. But it's still a fun game. Also got new clothes, and an awesome shirt with a cow making a face like "o_o" saying "MILK, I AM YOUR FATHER" and a milk jug like " gonk " NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

That's what the Game Informer review I read said, but I downloaded a demo last month and really liked it, so I'll probably wait 'til it goes down in price and get it from the local GameStop.

I have this desire to take out dad for a dinner for his birthday, but no desire to pay for both of our meals. So I would like to find some kind of coupon that takes a large portion of the bill off, or even better, any "Buy one entree get one free" deals going on.
TGI Fridays often has such a coupon/deal, but not at the moment.
It's too bad they just don't give you a free meal for your birthday. Instead they give you something like crappy vanilla ice cream with sprinkles on top, as if the sprinkles are supposed to compensate for the fact they're giving you s**t for free.

Psycho Lee So I would like to find some kind of coupon that takes a large portion of the bill off, or even better, any "Buy one entree get one free" deals going on. Probably not helpful, but big Sunday newspapers tend to have a lot of coupon deals in them with their ads. You may be able to find one like that, but it'll probably be for something like "free second slice of pizza" at Round Table or $2 off a $6 meal. Nothing too great as I'm sure you've experienced. Still, seems like most coupons are in the Sunday papers. I really should pay more attention to this. Someday soon I'm going to have to buy my own food. sweatdrop

I'm suddenly scared now... whee
The last few days while I've been at home sick, I've been playing, oddly enough, RTS games. Anyone that knows me knows I hate RTS, but for some odd reason, I've really been enjoying them lately, especially Rise of Nations. I mean, it's like an RTS version of Civilization, and I did love that one.
Heh...I've been full of random observations lately...XD
