Okay yes, Deviant Art right now is filled with serious gay.
Luckily I'm on a computer that I'm not worried about, but it tried to install antivirus malware onto the computer. how can a software program be "antivirus" and yet be a virus itself?

Health care bill passed senate, onto being signed into law by Obama-mama.
I should be happy, but I am reserved.
I do not know enough about it to screen the truth from the bullshit. I know the death panels/abortion stuff is bull. Immigration coverage is supposed to be bull.

bads:
mandatory that everyone has health care or you get fined? As long as there's a free option!
Why can't we have a free option for those of us who are very low income? IS there a free option?
Should have an option to limit the amount of medical malpractice awards.
Also should have a law that says if a doctor makes a mistake that requires a malpractice suit, instead of suing the doctor, A) the cost of the faulty care that led to the malpractice suit should be refunded, B) the doctor, or another doctor, should fix the mistake free of charge. If it's another doctor then doctor A has to pay for the fix. I think it would be cheaper just to fix the problem than sue the doctor for millions.

I dunno if there is, but there probably was a free option in one of the very early plans for the bill. Most likely, it was either cut out to get more votes or someone didn't want this bill to pass or hurt the other party so they changed something so that it wouldn't help people. Given how at each other's throats both parties are now, it wouldn't surprise me if the opposition did things to the bill with intent of hurting the other party regardless of the effects on everyday people. sad But then the lawyers wouldn't get all that tasty tasty blood money from the court cases! gonk And since (if I remember right) the House or Senate is comprised of a lot of lawyers, then it's no surprise they wouldn't be too keen on something like that.

heh. you americans....I'm Canadian, and we never made the mistake of privatizing health care so much that you'll die if you don't have coverage. true, Canadian health care has issues, but its one HELL of a lot better than what you yanks have.... or rather, given the health care bill passing, had. Even IF it isn't written so its stupid ( which it looks like it has) it'll take you guys years to get up to our standards. guess micheal moore's Sicko finally opened enough eyes that things were done about the problem.

Do we get entered into a chance to win a free car? gonk I'm just having fun. x3 I have pretty much decided that, in the long term, I will probably end up living in another country. So maybe I'll be Canadian! I can live in one of them maple-syrup sealed multistory igloos I keep hearing about. Oh, and I hear there's actual grass there! So it could be greener on that side! heart
