Psycho Lee Hey sune, what's the requirements of being in the SCA? Like, what's the requirements of clothing and such? Do you have to have armor and fight?
No real requirements. If you do want to fight (which you don't have to; there's a lot more to do than just fight 3nodding ), there are rules for weapons & armor (separate for fencers vs. "heavy" fighters), and garb is really never a bad thing, but other than that, not much in the way of requirements. You don't even have to pay for an official membership unless you really want to. :3 The official website has an in-depth FAQ, as well. :3
My fiancé April Fool's pranked all his friends really well; he posted to Facebook that he was accepting a job in CA, and everyone fell for it (one friend posted "Dammit, that was the only one I fell for today"). Then his grandma emailed him at quarter to 1 in the morning saying congratulations. . . hours after he had revealed that it was a joke. X3

Af Mas You know, I think I've about reached the point where I need to stop coming here. Really I only do it out of habit now. I rarely post, nor can I really get into any of the current threads out there. I'm sorry, but I'm having a hard time wanting to get to know the new people, no offense sweatdrop I think it might be about time to move on from the AFG, and Gaia in general. I dunno. Need to think more You and me both bro.

Shakeidas Man, quitting Wellbutrin after 5+ years isn't easy. My brain is still not quite used to having states other than "barely asleep" and "hyperactive." Good luck! I managed to get off my meds not too long ago. It's a great feeling to not need crazy pills anymore. I hope you eased off gradually, and not just cold turkey though. Hmmm...Wellbutrin...that was one of the ones I was on..though I can't remember which one it was. I was on so many anti-depressants I can't keep them straight anymore. sweatdrop

(More like photoshop skills when bored.)He has great moves and can cream any one! Clearly this is a rare pokemon that I will never trade because it's like a shiny one. (It doesn't exist anyway.)... I'm still trying to save up for a DSi XL, let alone get SoulSilver. I put both on my wedding registry as a joke, but if someone actually gets them for me I won't complain. X3

Well, Spring Break is over for AI, so come tomorrow, I start my second quarter. Heh, I'm planning on moving over to student housing as soon as I can, too. A really nice apartment complex two and a half miles from school, so that'll work out pretty well.
Though, I've noticed something about the Gallaria area of Houston...They must be really well off out there...Almost every day on my way to and from school, I'm always seeing Aston Martins, Lamborghinis, Porches, and even the occasional Ferrari...Where the hell are they getting these things? O_o

Hah! And apparently Verizon fails yet again!
Turns out this phone with the camera has a USB port, so I hooked it up to the computer. Turns out that you can't get your photos off the camera from the USB port, because Verizon, in all their evil greedy capitalistic wickedness, decides that they'd rather have you email the photos to yourself and use up airtime (so that way you can buy more airtime!!!)
And that's why I shall never use Verizon again. As as a commie, Jungle should renounce them too... they're just too evil.

Psycho Lee Hey Alektorphobia, are you actually doing like 15 commissions for Xaleydo? Why anyone would do anything for him is beyond me, he seemed like a self-centered dramawhore.... wanting all sorts of wierd-a** porn of his fursona, I guess because he likes to imagine himself being ******** by 20 hot guys at once or something. But then again, I guess if I was being paid enough I'd do art of anyone too. But it wasn't his obsession with sex that annoyed me about him. Our friendship ended rather swiftly because he's like many furries in the fandom... he takes everything way too personally and gets butthurt over the littlest bullshit. All I did was ask him why every thing on his christmas list was dildos, buttplugs, and artwork of himself being ******** by hot guys, and he got all drama-f** and stopped being friends with me. Seriously. He seemed like half the furries in the fandom, getting pissed off and over-reacting over the tiniest little thing, even a bit of ribbing or an honest question from a friend. Oh well, I don't want to hang around people who bawwww about everything anyway. He didn't ask me for any huge drawings to be honest, most are pin-up style work. Am I the only person here who sees the cell phone as just a phone? Supposedly mine can do a bunch of random things, but I only use it for calling and sometimes as a watch for the time. I owe him that because it was originally a sketchbook commission, but I upgraded to digital work because I can't send out any work anymore and I do owe him stuff I see. Well, Sune's right, he was one of those "too easy to troll" furs. The sad thing is, I friended him BECAUSE I thought he wasn't regular troll-bait. But apparently good-natured ribbing and sarcasm pissed him off even if it was from a friend, and then he posts his christmas list, and it's like "Fur picture of me in circle jerk being splooged on, fur pic of me taking it up the a**, fur pic of me blowing people, fur pic of me in gay sandwich, buttplug, c**-flavored lube, zeta dildos, more buttplugs, more fur art of my fursona being raped, more zeta dildos, bondage straps, leather, ect". And I made a remark that he's too obsessed with sex, and he flipped out over my remark and even called ME a gay f*****t (???) and wanted nothing to do with me.. in other words, just another furry that gets easily riled up, unfortunately.

That's it. gonk I only use my cell phone for calls and occasional text. It's nice to have a phone with a camera so if I see something bizzare I can take a picture, and it's nice to have a phone with MP3 player so I don't have to carry a separate one (but most cell phones have little memory for MP3s, so if you want a lot of songs it's better just to have a separate player). I finally, FINALLY was able to get the pics off the phone by hacking into it. The hack software showed the contents of my phone's memory as system files and folders... all the image files are stored as gif, bmp, jpg, ect just like a computer. I just had to find the right folder with the picture names. I once hacked the last verizon I owned before I switched to another carrier, because I had pay-as-you-go, and they didn't allow you to download stuff onto the phone with the pay-as-you-go service. After hacking it, I had anime and movie pics for wallpaper, Java games, and ringtones like the Transformers theme, Love Hina opening, Nightrider theme, Imperial March, One Step Closer (Linkin Park), Crazy Train, and Everything She Does Is Magic as ringtones. But it's crazy s**t that you have to hack your phone to get the camera phone photos off of it by USB... I get they do it so you can't upload your own ringtones/pictures, and you have to pay data rates to download them... Turns out there's a card slot on this phone though, for a MicroSD card... it's hidden behind the phone's battery!!! So that's another option.  Yes there's a Google office near me.  Avenue Q is playing locally tonight  And Cheech & Chong were here last weekend (night shots with the phone suck)

Ahh, failure yet again! Dammit!!
I guess I may not have a badge for the convention tomorrow.
See, I even commissioned the artist 3 weeks ago, after I had made sure I'd have the weekend off at work. She didn't start on the badge until last week. Sent me a message last monday that she was done and wanted me to send cash by paypal.
So I ask her to send me a picture of what it looked like. It was partially my fault as I should have just sent the money and told her to mail it. I forgot to check tuesday, and wednesday she had sent a message saying she had not gotten the money. She also said she could scan them and I could print them out. Yet she still had not sent me a picture of the badge.
So I'm like "okay, I asked for a picture of the badges on monday to see what they looked like before I paypal'd the money, and she doesn't do it. WTF?" I sent the money, and told her it was okay for her to scan them in.
Today she says she sent it... even with priority mail it won't arrive by tomorrow. She still has NOT given me a photo of the badge, or scanned it in for me. Does this woman even bother to read her ******** mail? Did she not notice when I asked to see what the badge looked like before I paid? Did she not notice me saying that scanning it was fine, that I could print it out and use that for the convention?
So of course, I won't have the ******** badge by tomorrow. Refuses to show it to me before I pay for them, refused to scan them in like I asked in my last email to her. ********, why do I have to deal with the most stupid ******** artists...
