Nope it is incorrect

I think it could rephrased:

, as long as you do not have any accidents or traffic violations.

or

, as long as you have not been in any accidents or have past traffic violations.


It really depends on what the sentence is trying to say.

It really depends on what the sentence is trying to say.
I didn't think so, I just think it's weird that it is phrased like that.

Many things that are sponsored by the state have such errors. It is really embarrassing. There were so many errors in a state test I had to take a couple of years ago. Many of us had trouble completing the test because we were laughing. ((It was an English/Writing test))

I believe it should be phrased in this manner:
as long as you have not been in any accidents and have not violated traffic rules...
Anyway, it can have many variations...
