They block things on the internets

Goddammit they randomly block livejournal.
I cannot post.

It is more frustrating to me than it should be.

That and the fact that they still pretend to be communist, when they totally aren't.
It frustrates me and I don't know why.

HUZZAH!
See it ISN'T COMMUNIST!
IT GIVES COMMUNISM A WORSE NAME!
I want people to think of Communism as Fun Love Peace Unity Government.
Sadly that will never happen emo

They still ARE Communist, thought the nation is more Westernized than before.

In my AVID class as last year for a month we went over the issues they were having with Google.

Censorship came into play- if, while there, you attempt to search for pictures or sites concerning any sort of rebellion that may have occurred, any regrettable actions, nothing will appear.

The government there is less violent because of the student riots [they wish for unification and cannot do such while fighting their own, duh] but still approves "certain" sites and articles.

In China about twenty films reigning from the US are played on their theater screens, and entire scenes are edited and cut so as to portray only what the rulers of the country find to be idealistic.

I'm sorry that you could not access LiveJournal. They don't allow blogs- the Chinese edition of Google lacks that section even if you are a user with an e-mail address. They like to restrict what is being said. Even liberty and opinion by mouth is dangerous to the citizens of the Asian nation.

They actually aren't completely communist
they have a socialist economic structure now, even though their stick-up-the-a** social policies remain the same.
Not communist. C:
