Um...I have an idea to take up pne of the unused sub-forums. In the onlt other guild I RP in, they have begun to have a "Jutsu Library".
It has all the jutsus in the Naruto anime/manga, their descriptions, elemental type, which clan it belongs to, ranks, ect. If you want, I can begin making one of these. The mods can also help chosse the ranks of unranked jutsus.

Um...I wouldn't trust Wiki...but yea you're right. I use leafninja.com
It's a really good source. But still, it wouldn't neccesarily be all jutsus....there are still jutsus that are unranked...
