I made a bunch of suits yesterday, each with it's own description and stats! These are also posted on my DeviantArt account, Mizuyasha
The Desert Suit is standard for desert/dry wasteland warfare. The suit is designed to keep a suitable amount of moisture inside, but to keep the dry heat out. It is not as thin as the Chozo Suit, but it is thin enough for snipers to remain buried in the sand for long periods of time. With its cooling system, the Desert Suit can remain hidden from heat sensors. Beams include Charge, Spazer, Wave, and Plasma beams. It can hold up to 200 Missiles and 20 Power Bombs.
The Polar Suit is the standard arctic warfare suit, equipped to withstand what the Varia Suit could, but with Gravity Suit speed for traveling through water. It was also the prototype for the Friga Suit. It can keep the wearer warm for many weeks, and yet the outer shell of the suit can mask body heat like the Desert Suit. However, it masks the heat with special containers that constantly emit a fire-extinguisher type gas. This gas blends in with falling snow which will not give the wearer away. Its weapons include Charge, Spazer, Ice, and Wave Beams. 240 Super Missiles, and 60 Power Bombs
The Meta Suit was based in with the feared Space Pirate captain Ridley in mind. The original Meta Suit was designed with what was believed to be ore from Lower Norfair salvaged from debris floating around the area that was formerly Planet Zebes, along with scraps from the Space Pirate’s design from Meta-Ridley found on Tallon IV. It can withstand temperatures of around 1,000,000 degrees, allowing the wearer to withstand a great amount of lava, as well as different acids and bases. Armament consists of Charge, Spazer, and Plasma Beams, and can hold up to 230 Super Missiles and 35 Power Bombs.
The Friga Suit was designed to keep the person warm in the depths of space and on planets colder than -10,000, which was much colder than anything the Varia Suit could stand up to. Along with the amazing heat system also comes the ability to withstand temperatures that would be found at the outer mantel of a planet. Armament consists of the Ice, Spazer, and Charge Beams, and it has a maximum capacity for 180 Super Missiles. It may also hold 40 Power Bombs.
I based this suit slightly off of the Chozo statue from the Metroid Prime comic from Nintendo Power. This suit can make the wearer fly as opposed to the continual use of the Space Jump. It is light and allows for high atmospheric flight while still filtering in oxygen. Since the suit is thin, however, it is not very suited for cold or hot areas, and flying high up is not recommended. It also provides fewer defenses than the Varia Suit, but more so than the Power Suit. In spite of that, it has a brilliant and wide array of beams, but a small load for missiles and bombs.
The Devil Suit or ‘Deep Red’ as known by its pilots is quite the most superior suit in terms of attack and defense. Its armor is thicker than the Gravity Suit, and its weapon capabilities include the Charge, Spazer, Plasma, Wave, and Flamerthrower Beams. It is the only suit type besides Samus Aran’s own that when all beams are equipped, it can fire the ‘Death Beam.’ It may hold up to 255 Super Missiles and 50 Power Bombs. However, the suit is heavy and therefore is of no use in water or lava. It allows for only small jumps, even with the Hi Jump Boots or the Space Jump Boots enhancements. The Devil Suit is limited to dry land in city, grassland, forest, and jungle environments.
