Sims 2 pets for Gamecube

I know in the first Sims 2 for gamecube you can't have children. But I recently got sims 2 pets for gc and started looking the internet for cheats. I found out that alot of people were saying you can have kids for the gc version. Is this true?

Oh and if anyone has cheats for the pets version on gc then pm me!

Well, I don't have Pets for Gamecube, but I can tell you that when you "create a family" if you cannot create a child, then you can't have kids in that game.
You can create what you can have.
It's like a law in the sims. lolz.

My guess would be that having kids refers to the animals having kittens or puppies. The main focus of the game is the pets, not the raising of Sim families.

I know about the kittens and stuff i have a bunch of them. but alot of ppl are saying that you can have kids and you need a certain item. hmmm.
