The Walrein-on-Eevee breeding is the exact kinda thing my brother does with his Pokemon. He's bred some real freaks of nature, and I'm thankful that Pokemon can't be half and half. He's bred a Seviper with a Poochyena to give the puppy Posion Tail, a Zangoose and a Sceptile to give the Treeko Crush Claw, and an Onix with a Ponyta. I'm not quite sure why, though. I don't ask anymore.

The breeding is fine for the moves, but then you start thinking about what animals each Pokemon is supposed to be. It's sick and wrong.

As far as I know, you don't. You have to use the Emerald move tutor to teach Chansey Seismic Toss.
