You see if the opponent have the ability levite or is flying type can get hit if its holding the iron ball. but if u want ur foe to hold it make sure the foe knows thief lol. Also you can use the move Gravity a bit and it works the same.

i think fling + Iron ball was meant for double battles...

Either way you're better off using Giga impact/hyper beam if you plan on using fling twice it takes two turns like Giga impact/hyper beam.

O.o who would want to use fling twice..in fact who would use fling..unless your throwing a burn ob or something..kings rock

Who would want a move that only works once?

if it kill then they would..

besides Fake Out is a first turn use once move..but it's extremely useful

You can also use fling and it will do alot of damage.......

150 power, with recycle to continue using it, but you will still hurt your own pokemon, by making it slower and if it's flying losing that advantage.

Thats why you should give it too someone with avalanche and can use fling like..a weavile
