Bio: Jason was born into a family a history of strong ninja but he was always thought to be weak. when he decided to become a ninja people just laughed at him he had little natural talent and found it hard to master jutsu's. he has been sent to take the chuunin exams every time they came around but has always quit by the third round. he has developed a shy and withdrawn nature and tends to not like being around people.

>.> no you can't... it was gift from a friend. I edited it... you have to start Genin not Special Jounin, and quite a few of those jutsus are A-S rank. You also need a ton of other bloodlines to use all of your jutsus.

You can't just join a clan either there are steps to be taken to make a new clan or to join an old one. These should be up in the next few days ^^
