Yep, Gaia's hit the big mile-mark that is 100,000 users on at one time.
(9 of them were me xD)
So, are/were you online at the time?
Did you get a screenshot?
Does this mean that Gaia can charge an exorbitant amount for ads on its site now? (yes, yes it does xP)
How does it feel being a part of Gaian history? (if you were one of the 100k)
How does it feel, missing out on a part of Gaian history? (if you weren't one of the 100k)
What do you think the commemorative item will be?
Me, I wasn't as thrilled about it as some might've been, because I'm in a real paranoid-of-the-admins phase, so I think it's just so that they can start charging more for their ads and sponsorships. It was still kinda cool, though. I don't want the item to be a T-shirt, though, because we just got four T-shirts off the water festival >.< A trophy or housing plaque or something like that would be cool, though ^.^
EDIT: A watermelon hat? 0.o

Isn't it horrible then that the reward item was a watermelon hat? I mean I felt good knowing I was there when we passed a 100k, but a watermelon hat? I felt like the admins just said thanks and when I turned around they punched me in the back of the head. stressed I didn't get a screen shot though.

And WTF's up with a watermelon hat? gonk I mean, it's kinda funny and random, but it's more commemorative of summer than hitting a big milestone. I guess it commemorates the fact that the record was broken in summer...? 0.o

I didn't get a screen-shot, but I feel SO ripped off! I was so exited that I was going to get this AWSOME item, but then I got...a watermelon hat.
They are obviously running out of ideas...

Ally1313 I didn't get a screen-shot, but I feel SO ripped off! I was so exited that I was going to get this AWSOME item, but then I got...a watermelon hat. They are obviously running out of ideas... Oh well. It ought to sell for a good price in a year or two xD

If you logged on at all during that time, you get the item (but you have to collect it yourself by hitting a link) ^.^ lol, and yeah, they have ads. If you give money to the site, though, you don't see them ^.^

Hi there...
Well... I felt disappointed with the watermelon hat too... but that's a thing not-so-bad about it anyway... it's not only a hat, it's a drink too...
Only for that is a little worthy...

i was please to be 2 of the population,...along with Ancient Nomad...
...but i have not been able to screen caps nothing....I am doing it wrong...
.....i luved the shirts even though we only have 8 between the whole AustrAlien contingent....we were mostly Aekea players.....
....the event rocked...Durem had some excellent knowledge about something........ smile I was Durem and I don't know what it was....
....
...............um if we were 100,000 I have become a lil' disturbed...
