A question about the 3rd volume *Spoilers*

In the third volume, you know how -Cubia is the anti-existance of the avatars right? Why weren't the avatars destroyed to kill Cubia like the bracelet was destroyed to kill Cubia in the first 4 games?- I never really got that.

---Nope. Haseo just absorbed their power like he did before, in other fights like that one. Only Corbenik was destroyed because...sadly...Ovan died...i believe it was in rl that he died too. I'm not sure about that either.---

I don't think Ovan died. You see him after you fight the last boss in the Forest of Pain.
