I loved Azumanga Daioh. I like the anime better than the manga. And yeah, don't watch it in english. But it was hard for me to chose in the poll... I like Tomo, Osaka, and Sakaki... ^-^" But Osaka won. I always think of her when I break chopsticks.

I don't have the original comic strips, but I have watched the anime, and I do agree that it's the most ******** hilarious thing ever created by man. biggrin
My favorite part? Anything that involves Sakaki and any animal. And how the girls think Sakaki is some sort of delinquent when she arrives with a bandaged hand to school, like she was a tough girl who likes picking up fights or something. That, and Osaka's massive spaciness. mrgreen

i luv Sakaki but . . . thinkin bout all the awsome randomness Osaka can bring to us . . . i voted for Osaka!!! by the way look at my signature, any Azumanga Daioh fan would like my it ^_^
I read all the mangas and watched the anime and I love both and my favorite characters are Sakaki because she had no luck with that one cat that keeps biting her and Tomo but I have no idea why I like her(odd sweatdrop)

Hi I loved the series too! I saw the Anime first! Then the Manga! 6 Dvd's to 4 Manga volumes! The dream sequences can only be expressed in Anime! Sakaki's New year's dream! In fact, the entire New year's Dreams Fun!
i love that show but ive only read one of the mangas. i love Chiyo and Osaka the most. xd and the biting cat!! i also read the Yotsuba from the same author

Say, on a tangentially related notice, any of you has noticed that Lucky Star is like Azumanga Daioh mixed with Genshiken? It has Azu's wacky mishaps, but also has Genshiken's slice of otaku life ^^
