	Izulu’s eyes widened as his mother’s paw shot out and flipped the turtle out onto the bank, for a moment standing there stunned with little knowledge of what he really should be doing. As she nudged him, he scuttled forward slowly and began to go towards said turtle. He got up on it, frowning, and began to push the thing away from the water. He only used one paw, keeping most of his body away – what if the thing popped back out and tried to bite off one of his toes? “What do I do now, momma?” he said with a bit of a frown, his head half dipped down in an attempt to peer into one of the empty holes that its limbs had retracted into. He wasn’t going to get close enough to have his nose bitten, but he wanted to see it.

	She giggled and followed more slowly, giving him time to 'explore' the turtle by himself. That was half the fun after all, figuring things out. Well... hardly ever but it had been fun to figure out you could eat a turtle. But it had taken a long time... maybe she should just show him? Her tail flicked as she sat away for a few minutes, simply watching. She couldn't get the smile off of her face! "It's belly is it's softest place." She said slowly, figuring he'd realize that was where you were supposed to open it up to get to the meat! Though how could he figure that?

	Izulu frowned as he circled the little turtle before him, his ears flattened and his mind somewhat baffled as he tried to figure out what he was supposed to do. Sure, he could probably pull at the shell where those holes were, but what if that thing bit him? He didn't want his toes chewed off, and he didn't know that the little thing couldn't turn around in his shell anyway. He turned his gaze back up to his mother with a little frown, then glanced down at the belly. He reached out to poke at it, little paws pushing and prodding, and then shook his head with a bit of confusion gleaming in his blue eyes. "Maa," he said with a bit of a whine to his voice, tail tucking slightly around one leg, "I don't know what to do." He hated not knowing, since he always felt the need to know everything, or at least pretend that he did - but for once, he needed his mother's help, and he wasn't too proud to admit it.
