	Say if my mom sim and my dad sim died when trying to take care of their child would the child go to its uncle or not really.

	It would be taken by a social worker. Then it would be in the bin up for random adoption ^_^ Sorry.

	Not neccessarily random adoption. My sister had two people who died and they left a child and a toddler and I adopted the toddler the first day and the child the next. The ones who's parents die under your watch automatically get pushed up above the other ones.
