Le gasp surprised the duck tape needs help again

Ok so i found the body shop thing and...well quite frankly i dont know what to do with it.What is the purpouse of Body Shop? If you know please tell me or if you know any good turturials please give me the link to it. Or just post a reply.

Here are some tutorials to start you off on recolors. I recommend starting on this one.

Basically, body shop allows you to edit items for your sims like clothes and genetics. Using this program, you can make all new outfits by recoloring other outfits (I usually stick with Maxis made items, since creators are generally very picky about their stuff.)

You can also use body shop to create sims. There are more sliders in body shop than in the create a sim in game, so you can have more control should you want it.
