Hey I Need Some Help Please!

Can you explain to me what the diffrence between their, they're, and there is? I need some good explanations.

I don't think I realy get it because I alway use them without knowing wich means what.

Its making me feel dumb.

Oh yeah and I need a review of the basics.

I never realy understood what a conjunction was.

They're is a contraction of "they are". An example is "They're going to the mountains this weekend."

Their is possessive, as in "They are taking their car instead of the train."

You can use both in the same sentence, like the one above. It would be written as "They're taking their car instead of the train."

Noun- A person, place, thing or idea
Ex: The dog was big, black, and frightening.
Verb- Any word that indicates action (passive or active)
Ex: After I ran to the store, I was very tired.
Adjective- Modifies the noun
Ex: The red ball bounced very high.
Adverb: Modifies the verb (usually end in -ly)
Ex: The girl screamed enthusiastically
Pronoun: Replaces a noun (I, you, he, she, it, we, they)
Ex: I love grammar!
Conjunction: Connect two ideas (for, and, nor, but, or, yet)
Ex: I ran to the store and bought a pencil.
Preposition: Shows relationship to one phrase to another (of, after, under, etc... think "A Mouse can go ______")
Ex: The man on the platform was very loud.
