This is a large area in the Reaper's Realm were all of the reapers come to hear what has to be done or what is going on Earth or how the war is going between Heaven and Hell. If your a reaper most likely you will be here alot because this is the basic place besides the Castle of Reapers were all of the reapers are known to be.
