It doesnt matter who caused the blood loss no one killed him he just died. I think its funny that itachi never told sasuke the truth and just made sasuke hate him instead

Naruto kills him by stabbing him because I read the mangas wen I was in Japan GOT IT.

I've gotten some info from a reliable source. The Itachi that Naruto pwned was a fake, some person was hit by a jutsu that turned the person into a Itachi doopleganger.

Sasuke kills Itachi later.
